Because he just was told a rumor. Ralph would never notice if a woman got plastic surgery as he proves by posting photos that show nothing but her head tilted in different positions.

She’s had A LOT of very good work that wasn’t needed at all.

She should have had just a set of tits installed and called it a day. Botox at her age is lunacy and shows how insecure she is,

Now she looks like a mannequin. Quite beautiful, but she’s lost any individuality or unique features. She has purchased facial features idealized by women, not men. But those features and surgeries age like milk, and she will be a ghoul.

All Lauren has to do to decimate Ralph's ego forever is post a video of Jess laughing at Ralph, preferably at his tiny weiner. He'd never fucking recover. I wonder if Lauren knows the degree to which Ralph is obsessed with her sister? And that he used to have her pictures up on the Killstream every night, when she was only 17? Someone should let her know.

He is the stereotypical worst aspects of a woman in pigs skin after all. Thin skinned, holds grudges, easily jealous of others, accuses, crosses "man code" lines all the time because he's a bitch and so on. He is a woman at heart through and through.
