If he actually got good grades in high school, no one would had to engage in shenanigans to find them; Pat would have proudly posted them himself. As if anyone gives a shit about your grades in high school. Law enforcement sure won't.

It depends how it was obtained in all likelihood, and whether it was provided by school personnel covered under FERPA. A person who came into possession of it by no unlawful act of their own and who is not covered by FERPA can do with it whatever they like.

Thanks for confirming the accuracy of the documents, Pattycakes.

I'd think he would have more success suing the school for negligence in improperly releasing the documents than tracking down a rascal who probably used the telephone version of seven proxies. But we also know his lawsuit record

If someone posed as him to get them, they would have been knowingly soliciting a violation of the law. The issue is whether or not they a) get caught and b) anyone cares. Pat might have an actually meritorious lawsuit against the school if they didn't adhere to proper procedures. If they did but got hornswoggled anyway, they might not be liable.

So if I've read everything correctly so far, it sounds like Fatrick may have a legitimate case against the school or school district but he couldn't actually sue them for any money. Only sue them and cut off their funding. Can you imagine if one of the dumbest asshole's to ever come through a school system sued it and made it even worse for present day students because they released info that proved he was a dumb asshole? Sounds fucking hilarious to me. I hope he does sue them. He would be a total villain in the eyes of many for doing some dumbass shit like that. I think if he had the money he would do it in a heartbeat just to be a spiteful piggy.

I reckon NAMBLA SFWA will lose and get sanctioned as is customary in discovery disputes. The subpoena is by no means even remotely broad. It just covers barely over two months and is only related to Fatso and how SFWA funded his vexatious litigation against his critics and trolls alike. This fat fuck literally thinks every review of his shitty books is by a "stalker," as if nobody else would regret having read his puerile scribblings.

And apparently not even that, since there's no private cause of action created by FERPA (or PPRA). He'd just have to report it to the DoE and hope they don't just tell him to calm his bitch tits.
