Ina had a galaxy brain moment and decided all the members should watch the Netflix acquired anime adaptation of Blue Period and watch two episodes twice a month. Well it turns out Netflix doesn't have a regular release date and dropped the new episodes whenever the fuck they felt like it and not all regions got the episodes at the same time, which meant the series dragged on for months until finally Ina had another big brain moment and decided to wait until all the episodes were out. As for Blue Period itself, it's insufferably niche and created for artists who had similar experiences. Nice for Ina and other artist types, boring for anyone else.

She grew up in small towns, so she's not that out of touch. I live not too far from the border of two states the same house in a comparable area is 500k$ in my state and something like 200k$ in the other. Taxes are double in the cheaper state on property, but it basically levels out due to costs. What really worries about me is the rental prices as those are getting to the point of being impossible to sustain for working class people. You're looking at a couple thousand for a two bedroom and a thousand for a one bedroom in a shitty place. The funny thing is multifamilies just make way more sense as they're not that much more expensive and the rental income is enough to really mitigate costs.

But yea, I could fix Pippa's housing problems if only dreams came true.

They don't normally allow small dogs and I think she might not like apartments. She mentioned having cameras and such where she lives now, probably paranoid of other humans, as one should be.

Has Pippa not realized fuel/energy costs factor into everything? It's cutest when they're almost retarded, sheesh. Well, she'll figure it out one day when she's only rented her whole life and has wasted hundreds of thousands paying other people to own property.

.....I think I'll give them another shot sometime, but I was not entertained or impressed. It's interesting to see how much a good character design really doesn't do shit without a strong persona to back it up.

Idunno, I think I take Pippa's side again with the caveat that if you weren't interested in moving of course owning is better then renting forever.... probably.

Much fixing will be needed here, but I have faith that Pippa can grow and learn the error of this kind of thinking. I do kind of agree with the architecture argument though, while it's nice to have a good looking home from the exterior, it's not necessary and people over value it. I also understand why some people would prefer to rent as it offers mobility, but once you get a sense of how to rent out a property it's really not that hard to basically keep a property even when you don't live there and even if there's a mortgage. Then once you get old you can pass down a real estate portfolio to your children, or pit them against each other by giving them a portion each early and seeing which one does best so you know who to leave the bulk of your assets to. With enough time your family will grow into a might empire like that of the Rothschild and people will think you're lizard people, though the reality will be much worse, you're just Jews in spirit.

Ina, Watame, Luna, Ame, Miko, Gura, Botan, Polka, Aki, kson, Marika Matsurika, Mikeneko, Korone and Selen.

Paid in a mixture of my actual currency and ARS. But some I was membered to for a long time before switching over, and some I never changed over from my currency. I'm a sucker for Watchalongs and in that regard, kson and Korone are the definite outliers. kson does a member-only watchalong like once a week. Korone once a month, but her movie picks are outstanding. 3 out of her last 4 movies were Predator, Zombeavers and Sharknado.

I only follow the Yabbit and if Koa gets her membership up and starts streaming more regularly I might go for her too. Not really looking to join a Niji or a Holo membership since they don't really need the money. Smaller corpos and indies I might be more willing to do so. I don't really donate either. From what I remember the only one I have donated to has been Tenma mainly because I told myself I would donate $100 to the talent if I won one of the prizes in the Phase Connect clipping contest. As for extra content, don't really care about it. If the girls will do it, then cool but I don't really expect them to.
