Shit like this is pretty common in the Philippines there's always some family clan violence going on at the barangay level. Sometimes, even after having lived there and being married to a Filipina I wonder how their nation still exists.

Well, the next election will buck break the country so might want to eat your words after a few days.

Holy fuck those cars didn't even slow down :story:

Second part was some real Final Destination shit, car didnt even slow down!
The car's headlights didn't illuminate the second guy kneeling down in the road until less than a second before impact, before that he's basically invisible, especially from inside a car. The driver probably didn't even have time to register what they were looking at, let alone react, before impact.

People who don't drive have so little idea how invisible you are if you're unlit on a road at night as a pedestrian or cyclist. Even with headlights on, if you're wearing dark clothing you completely fade into the background until you're within maybe 20 feet away and that's not enough time to react unless you're driving at literal walking pace. The only time I've ever hit someone with my car was a cyclist at night who was wearing all-black clothing and didn't have a front reflector, I turned across his path and he went into the side of me. Never saw him at all, and I was actively looking for oncoming traffic (turning right into a side street in a left-hand-drive country). He seemed very keen to get away and not interested in my attempts to see if he was ok. When I'd recovered from my shock I figured that he'd probably stolen the bike.

Yeah but, I could be wrong, there was signs that there was an accident there so its taught at driving school that you slow down if thats the case. Other cars were so why was this one going so fucking fast when the environment seemed to require at least slowing down a little bit?

You arent wrong but I legit think the driver was just horrifying distracted or trying to move away from the scene too quickly and ended killing someone that was obviously emotionally broken to think right.
