Yes, and using orthognatic surgery is specially dumb cause you don't just immediately get it, you actually need to get a ton of exams, remove all your wisdom teeth, go to the orthodontist and get braces to get your teeth to be in a good position post surgery (PL but mine took 2 years, I had already used braces as a kid so it wasn't super out of place, she just had to make sure it would be able to close after surgery. You also stay with it a few months after to correct further.)

It requires way more time and effort and going to doctor's appointments, compared to going to going to one therapist and getting a letter of recommendation lmao

And yeah, love the implication that having an underbite and no jaw is a "female" trait that correcting would be gender affirming lmao she should really have kept to the breast implants example or a normal guy getting just getting a chin implant instead of a guy that had an obvious underdeveloped jaw.
