There's nothing genetically wrong with Luna. You injured her with your hubris in your dream birth plan; you didn't seek medical help for your child after her injury; and then you starved her nearly to death and ignored her growing head and seizures until you couldn't hide it any more and started to get scared she would die and that you would be blamed.

The whole thing was pathetic. Shes definitely losing it but I also don't think she was actually bothered by that comment. It seems like there are a few other things at play here:

- shes desperate for money. Posting negative comments is a good way to drive organic traffic to her content via views and comments, which gives her stupid healy bullshit posts a boost bc of how the insta algorithm works now.
- she went for a checkup with the neuro and didnt make a bunch of posts explaining how Luna was basically cured by the shunt. I think she got some very harsh news from Dr. M.
- Atlas is probably starting to become "difficult" - he is around the age where tantrums start and he probably wants to assert himself. This is a difficult time for a regular parent and probably an impossible time for a narc parent. She probably sees his independence as threatening and its driving her crazy
