I'm not up to date with the terms of his plea, was part of it having to snitch? If that was the case, BA refusing to do so is perhaps one of the few noble things he has done in his life. However, if it was just an underhand pitch of a plea deal made so the prosecutor can put another notch in their belt and in return BA was allowed to just walk free and he fumbled it, especially if he is guilty, well he is just being a retard.
