I Think America and a great many other nations are finally reaching there critical mass. The worlds elite are beyond greedy. And they want the world population brought down to manageable levels. A note from the rural part of the hellstate: The two membership-only gas stations as well as the two other cheap ones are out of gas entirely. This is the first time I've seen this happen here, and it seems to be the tipping point to really spook one of my family members who has a job that involves frequent use of gaspowered tools. The next few weeks are going to be interesting.

Not to mention the bread is running out, the circuses are getting repetitive/boring/if not out right offensive, and their kids are actively and loudly being preyed on.

Literally, no, Technically yes. The limited price limits supply, and low prices drive up demand - why be frugal with gas when you can get it cheap. The reality of the statement is that there will be mass shortages, you'll see gas stations with the proper price and "No Gas" signs up, and you'll be paying someone else for a jerry can off the back of their truck for an immensely inflated price, if you're lucky.

Look at Venezuela for good examples of what happens when essential goods get price controlled, it all just turns to black marketeering.

The price gouging bill will never pass. I have a hard time coming up with a single Republican in the house or senate would ever vote for it. That is because they think its bad socially and economically or because they are bought by energy interests, or both. Plenty of democrats are bought by those same interests too and might not want price controls for their own reasons, too, and the margins are razor thin with the democrats. Just a fistful of defection kills everything.

This is theater and they can whine about GOP obstruction and we need voter turnout in 2022 so everybody can enjoy all these Purple Unicorn bills from the democrats. I think gas is going up another dollar where I live and nationwide and these little games are not going to suffice when gas is 5, 6, 7 dollars a gallon. I wonder if they've got 20,000 mules ready to go, because if gas goes up another dollar for any amount of time, even if just for a month, the House is toast for the DNC unless the biggest rig job by wide margin happens.

Fine with me...in my state we've already received primary ballots for the 7 June election. You can be sure I didn't vote for a single Dem for any partisan office, and didn't vote for anyone I knew was a Dem for any non-partisan office.

The Biden Administration is running around doing the Old Man Yells at Ultra MAGA Clouds world tour. That's the big idea. The polling outfits, many of which are joint ventures with the media, are still coddling his balls with Democrat +10 polling and he's now low 30s/mid 50s on approval/disapproval.

This week, the biden administration had the press show up for a closed meeting so they could be yelled at and commanded on what to say to bail them out on the baby formula issue. It reminded me of all the reports of the administration yelling at CNN, MSNBC and Politico for them to cover them "more accurately."

Some people are going off the reservation. Vox and Washington Post just said Biden Administration policies definitively worsened the inflation crisis. They said it is not up for debate that the administration worsened inflation, just up for discussion on the extent.

I’m torn 50/50 on them rigging 2022, but if Empress Hilpatine decides to run for 2024 they will make 110% sure she wins even if it means her having a 150+ Million votes in her name. She is probably insane , bloodthirsty, and unhinged enough to want to wipe out certain parts of the US if never before seen at scale gargantuan size crowds start protesting the election.
