Phil can't drive highways like I-5 because of that horrible day when he was smashed into and forced to drive into a pole or something that he made up for one of his many different stories that caused his crippling back injury. On secondary roads, it's like an hour.

Lately, I have grown to despise RobOnWheels and the Brickboy more than the normal dent heads. Something about being such flagrant tards and charity cases. No one receiving social security should be tipping Phil. I wish we could take their benefits away and watch them starve to death on the streets.

I think I've already said something similar before, but if you showed a bunch of random people a picture of both phil and rob on wheels side by side and told them that one of the guys has pity for the other guy and gives him a lot of money, absolutely no one would ever guess that phil is the guy receiving pity and money from the other.

My questions are:

Since the copyright claims are being made by somone that is neither the original copyright owner nor has the permission from the orignal owner to make such claims,why is Youtube even allowing these claims to be made?

Since the majority of the videos (or atleast a very significant minority) would fall under "fair use",why aren't the copyright strikes being disputed?

Because if you want to contest it you have to dox yourself to the person who submitted it. And I have my doubts many of the videos would actually fall under fair use, but no one is actually going to court over that.

YouTube isn't interested in protecting you and deciding if the copyright claim / DMCA is bad. It's your job to do that.

What happens if you contest the DMCA claims using a fake identity? At what point does the person making the DMCA complaint need to identify themselves?
