How many channels got falsely taken down by now? Quite a few, yeah? Banger, it wont stop anytime soon. Detractor channels do fuck all for Phil's income, so there is no loss if they're gone. He has dents like Jaxx, 1MM and OIC. I actually believe he would be better off with detractor channels gone, because he could completely control the narrative. Hope the certain lot shielding a forty year old bloke from facing his self created reality like losing good content.

Unless someone wants to correct me DSP paypigs tend to have a short lifespan. They blow their load usually within a few months and then fade away or rarely hang around but become much less contributive. There are a few paypigs that give consistently for years but they are rare. I think Ponyboy may be by far the oldest fanboi still around and he doesn't give anymore as far as I know.

I think while detractors certainly have little effect on putting off current paypigs, combined together they are a significant if not the main factor in raising phil's visibility and the amount of fresh paypigs coming in to replace the constant attrition. If we all went away one day I think it would at least very well could be a significant blow long term. I also think he's come to this realization himself after over a decade as he's shifted his strategy from unintentional stupidity to intentional drama.

What happens if you contest the DMCA claims using a fake identity? At what point does the person making the DMCA complaint need to identify themselves?

Two scenarios:
1.) The system lets you use fake info and it gets forwarded to them and they just have to sit on it (assuming the DMCA claims are fake, they would need to provide a real court order to move forward)
2.) Still assuming its a fake DMCA, the system detects you are using fake info and yeets your account. I have been through both of these.

The original DMCA complaint is identifying themselves as either the holder or third-party with intrests in the copy-written content, but if they also use fake info then good luck trying to do anything about it.

Well he did get struck by BeAwesomeOne and JackieChin while being partnered with Machinima at the time. I'm not savvy on how to strike people, but there is some level of protection from these strikes. Even then, he got fucked around with a bit on Twitch by SH just that Twitch dealt with it much faster.

Presumably it's that since his real info is already public he can legitimately pursue these claims. However, his Twitter can probably get nuked pretty easily (like mine is about to be). I noted that superfag specifically targets tweets with links in them, which is like 30%+ of his tweets.

I'm less familiar with the YouTube side.

Well, if this is true, it means Snowkarl has sock accounts with memberships, since Tutti Frutti was already a member even before zoya got banned.

The person taking down detractor sites is almost certainly an imposter using false info. The DMCA, and the major websites accommodations for it is just that shitty that any joe or jane blow who is willing to lie on an internet form can take down any channel or account they want aside from the biggest personalities or corporations anytime they feel like it. You could probably file a counterclaim but you have to dox yourself or using pi as fake as the striker and most detractors don't care for the hassle.
