It would be somewhat easy to create problems for DSP if you're willing to lie and make false claims to that extent, or even with a half truth (exploiting his ignorance on browsewrap agreements). He was very open to this some time ago.
You would have to be a bit of a snake to attempt this while using the broken system, a bit of creativity and planning can do wonders although I won't give specific ideas.

It's really a miracle there's no Jackie Chin 2, all it would take is one individual that doesn't care about being extremely malicious to DSP... I'll just say it, you'd have to be a complete snake but you could seriously screw him over with a well thought out attempt.

He always had that "luck" / condition, people that bothered to troll him don't seem like they are careful psychopaths, otherwise he'd be gone, years ago.

I dunno. Anyone who verges beyond laughing at Phil on video seems to get drawn so far into the Boretex (trademark pending) that they fuck their lives up in some significant and public way. The SoK just wound up building a well in Africa to make some gay-ass point and then they turned into arguably a bigger shitshow that Phil was at the time. Why would you want someone like Phil gone so badly that you’d want to tempt fate like that?

And Phil wasn’t swatted, a fact I’ve been corrected on myself in the last. He was wellness-checked. Two cops got to pull off their patrol into a safe, gated neighborhood and engage with the world’s most nonthreatening man. Nothing really worthy of prosecution there.

TLDR: The DMCA sucks.

The DMCA is just some cover all abused system. It just comes with creating content online now.

Because if you want to contest it you have to dox yourself to the person who submitted it. And I have my doubts many of the videos would actually fall under fair use, but no one is actually going to court over that.

YouTube isn't interested in protecting you and deciding if the copyright claim / DMCA is bad. It's your job to do that.

You could just become an LLC. Then give "The Entity" bunch of boiler plate horseshit. It is their choice at the end of the day if they delete you or not for your actions.

Well... he was kinda.
I remember almost giving him some respect for how he handled it. When he came back to stream he said we shouldnt pay attention to what happened cause thats what the person wants... and just keep continue like nothing happened. Big ups. Except a few hours later he realized that he can play the victim and did a 180, saying someone wanted him dead and shit. He turned the opposite so quick, it made him look the shitty person he is.

The bank leaks confirmed what everyone rightfully assumed and now we are just left with Phil's tedium. There is no karma or appropriate consequence for Phil as he's so far "ahead" in life considering the amount of effort he puts into his success that anything negative that will happen to him will never be an appropriate counterbalance. It's telling that the most interesting thing about Phil since the bankruptcy saga is his wife's crazy sister. There used to be interesting storylines related to Phil (Machinima, Leanna, bankruptcy, foreclosure, Twitch, etc.) but all we are left with now is a boring, zero effort content creator who drinks to get through his days and who's addiction is supported by a handful of idiots...second verse, same as the first. That's not exactly interesting. I guess the point is that he's fading into obscurity which is why he isn't targeted more.

Maybe its just me but the mystery has now shifted to his followers. Most of us (including myself) tend to post some of their comments (many were doxxed too) to sort of get in their head and see why they think the way they do and/or laugh at the stupidity and cuckery. Phil is insanely boring now and all that's worth focusing on regarding him is his constant begging. Phil is a husk of his former self. There's not much else to laugh at except for the begging.
