There is no black and white supermarkets, it's a small, SHITTY, grocery store that has locations all over the state, like Sav a lot style quality, and this one happens to be in a ghetto in Buffalo. Cities tend to get divided along income levels, and the hood that these low quality supermarkets pop up in would be considered low income. Still white people, Asian people, all sorts shop there and live there, it's just predominantly black.
