Every lolcow seems to have a story like this. The one thing they loved that got screwed in some way that broke them. Spoony and Ultima, Linkara and One More Day, Moviebob and Super Mario World 2's ending. And then they grew up bitter and resentful that something so pure to them was destroyed, and that led to all their other problems. Not understanding that even if they went back and fixed things, they'd still be in the exact same place they are now, because they're losers.

This is actually a pretty interesting observation.
