outcome, is that there was absolutely nothing beyond

July was false, and a good number of ye ALL
should have Known Better with Good Faith in I, instead
of succumbing to the Demons'and Devils' temptations of
Rumors and DRama and thus Failing that Divine Test.

Ye all (those who are Not Left Behind) shall have to
wait until the public release of the Book with my

Just the fact that Chris claims that Barb married Bob because he "had a house" tells you a lot. That's some down to earth sad as hell details that Barb married out of pure financial security.

If this was Chris's story it would have been him ripping off the sappy pop culture his head is filled with. Barb and Bob would have been soulmates and yadda yadda yadda.

His lies suck here too since there's lots of inconsistances and he can't help himself tell us how Barb's previous partners were all losers who couldn't please her since he's probally jealous of them, I imagine there's some truths thrown in the letter too like the house being the main reason Barb was into Bob and that her sister considered her a slut.

Chris has improved his abilitiy to lie since his earlier days as shown recently when he was able to trick Null for a while that he had an older girlfriend which Null didn't know about.

I think Chris would have gotten more leeway if he had just signed whatever agreement they set out for him and insisted it was incest but not rape or if he wants to go down the crazy route just admit he had sex but say it was sexual bonding and it was to save her from getting older/ill but instead he's just throwing everything out there since he's desperate.

I would say that the lawyer or someone from the outside told him to act like a victim, or it just comes natural to him. Doubt the retard house would tell him something like this.

He says he won’t discuss the events of the last two months, but he’s clearly picked up some terminology and self-narrative in therapy. Not insight, of course, because he’s a retard, but a narrative that he’s parroting from the doctors he was seeing.

The “generational trauma” bit is the most obvious thing he’s learned, but in addition, the exercise of comparing and contrasting himself and his mother is likely a repetition of something he did in therapy.

I’m also inclined to believe what he says about Barb’s response to learning that he saw a prostitute - he’s bringing it up in the context of a discussion of emotional incest, which, crucially, he never understood before, nor did he think it was wrong or unusual. In the past, he has seemed at most a bit annoyed by Barb’s possessiveness, but didn’t show any awareness that it was abusive or morally wrong by social standards. His thoughts here show a genuine change in his beliefs and perspective.

The pessimistic response is that he’s just trying to absolve himself of responsibility, and that’s partially true in all likelihood. But there’s an undercurrent here that shows that Chris’ time in the mental hospital has changed his perspective on some of his past experiences, and he is not happy about what he has learned.

Rob Bell was a good lawyer too and even he could not stop Chris from sperging out in court.

Just because Chris indicates he wants to fight the case in the letter doesn't mean he'll actually do it in court. Chris has to preserve his ego by pretending to be innocent in the letter, but in court he'll just shy away and accept whatever's handed to him just like the past few times, although he'll sperg out a bit here and there, enough to interrupt proceedings for a few seconds but not enough to actually incriminate himself.

Also, the "crazy route" is incredibly difficult to pull off, not like in Batman comics where the Joker can say "Your Honor I murdered those people because the voices". As long as the court can determine that Chris knew incest/rape was illegal, they will get his ass; given that Chris has been actively denying/covering up his crimes, the court will most likely find it so.

Right. Again, Joseph Kalinger DID say the voices told him to kill (which they did because he had schizophrenia). Richard Chase said he had to kill because he’s a vampire and needed the blood. Neither of them “got off” on an insanity plea.

How would he know? As far as we are aware off he has not seen het after he got kicked out of the house.
As she is seen as a potential victim they would not release info about her to him.
Sure they excanged at least one letter, but barb could have lied to Chris and he took it at face value as her telling the truth wile she tossed him under the bus.

He has an attorney who is privvy to discovery and even before formal discovery would know if say, Barb was interviewed, and would tell his client.

And that is not how that works. First, Chris isn’t charged with rape. Second, in the US legal system you have the right to face your accuser.

In this case Barb isn’t even really the accuser as much as the Commonwealth of Virginia. Everyone has this fantasy that Chris is being charged with rape and they’ll lock him up in maximum security and throw away the key. Incest statutes are generally created and charged in cases with a minor victim and adult perpetrator. The law is written in a way where this situation is basically excluded from the statute.

He’s essentially being held since he’s mentally ill with no family and nowhere to go to. If the cops found out about this ten years ago they’d have probably left them alone and let them keep doing it.

The identity of the alleged victim is protected from the public in at least a rape case but probably most sexual assault charges, but this isn’t a rape case and the alleged victim is common knowledge.
