"Members of the House" can now have alcoholic beverages delivered to their offices, in quantity. Amazing. Sure would be interesting to see the purchase records.

Jesus. I knew Nancy had a problem but holy fuck lmao when you are at the point that you have liquor on demand brought to you during work hours by subservient helpers, you're probably too far gone for AA.
>16% think the country is headed in the right direction
How much you wanna bet that that 16% are in a better financial situation than the other 75%?
That 16% are the ones who do not want America to be great.
They are a tumor that needs excised.

It seems like the bigger push at the moment is online speech censorship. I haven't heard much about guns, but it is believed that gun control pushes are dead, at least for now.
I agree with this completely, this wont be about guns, sure they will screech about "assault weapons" like they always do, but in reality we have reached the point where nothing will move the needle on guns, it is a 100% losing issue and the line in the sand for many.

This will focus on online issues as you say, this is perfect timing for them with the Musk purchase of twitter. This will be about censorship and "preemptively" stopping "hate speech". Biden will go out and demand congress act on guns, but this is not really what they want or why they are so excited about this. The ability to further censor speech, especially online speech is far more enticing than trying to start a war over guns.

And not one of them will pour mouthwash into those liquor bottles. They might even like the extra alcohol.

I dunno, I'd assume a lot of them are students and other peoples who are otherwise isolated from the consequences of the economy, so see it as this nebulous thing that conservatives are so protective of. So naturally, it being smashed is good since it pisses off conservatives.

Isn't there a growing local-based Trad-Cath/Trad-Protestant movement going on right now? Mostly from those who decided that their megachurches are getting too liberal even for their tastes. From what I understand, these are usually not affiliated with the major denominations.
Yes, there are lots of breakaways, but it's a fraction compared to the ones who are staying.

So how is this related to Biden, other than the abortion issue? The Seven Mountain Mandate: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seven_Mountain_Mandate. I don't normally like Wikipedia as a primary source but this is a quick and dirty breakdown of it. Of particular note is this (bold mine):

The Seven Mountain Mandate is part of dominionism.[5] Followers claim that the biblical base for the movement is derived from Revelation 17:1-18 verse 9 "And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains"[5] The seven areas which the movement believe control society and which they seek to control are family, religion, education, media, entertainment, business and government.[5] They believe that their mission to take over the world is justified by Isaiah 2:2 “Now it shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the Lord’s house shall be established on the top of the mountains.”[4]

Sound familiar? Not the wrong exegesis of scripture, but the areas Pentecostals and Evangelicals want to control. In the future you'll see more aligning of Christianity and culture until you can't tell them apart--and that's anti-Biblical. We're seeing it in the Catholic church too--the Pope should have excommunicated Biden by now (and all the other Catholics that are on the liberal train) but since the Pontiff is the engineer, these people stay in good standing with the faith.

Sorry to go off topic, but all the seven "mountains" are being driven into the ditch, and the church is becoming a big part of that process. It's disheartening to say the least. God wins in the end, but it's gonna be a bumpy ride.

No joke this what they running for and when you read the article they try to exonerate FDA .

Nye the headline doesn't match with the what's written in the article : headline
America is running out of baby formula because 3 companies control the market and babies aren’t that profitable
Babies aren't profitable? What's their reasoning, that babies don't earn 6 figures and year and don't have stock portfolios?

Have you SEEN the price of stuff for babies? Hell, you can end up buying a baby 3-4 pair of shoes in a year for the first 5 years because they grow out of them. Clothing. Then you have diapers, toys, formula, baby food, snacks, furniture, all that stuff.

Babies aren't profitable? What the fuck at these dipshits smoking?

Is it too soon to said where there's smoke, there's fire? Because some RINOs wonder if they have to leave Biden and now the suburban moms left his ship.
Joe Biden is losing support from everyone.

Biden is losing 2016 Trump voters who switched their vote to Biden in 2020.

A new poll found only 3 of 10 of those voters would support Biden in 2024.

From The Washington Examiner:

President Joe Biden is losing support among voters who once backed his predecessor after flipping them two years ago.
A poll analyzing voters who supported former President Donald Trump in 2016 before casting a ballot for Biden in 2020 has found just 3 in 10 would back the incumbent again.
The poll, published by Republican public opinion research firm J.L. Partners, also found 1 in 5 of the same voters graded Biden as performing “very well” as president. Voters older than 65 were more critical of Biden, with 7% echoing the assessment.

“For Biden, the poll is bleak,” Johnson told the Washington Examiner.
President Joe Biden continues to hemorrhage political support among key demographics that went for him in 2020 and helped propel him to victory.

According to a new survey published at the weekend, Biden is now losing suburban moms as the shortage of baby formula spreads around the country, even as he was already in trouble with them over historic inflation that is producing record-high gas, food, and energy prices, the Washington Times reported:

Images of empty store shelves and stories of frantic parents searching for food to feed their infants, coupled with reports that the Biden administration is shipping pallets of scarce formula to the southern border to feed illegal immigrant children, now threaten to crater the party’s already weakened support among suburban women.

Am I the only one who enjoy to see karma taking care of Biden? Now if only karma paid a visit to Obama... :story:

For us protestants the best person that represents are neo-Calvinist/ trad movements is Douglas Wilson but im not sure how much people on the farms know of him. But i feel a lot of people here would agree with him

I don't think Christians should expect to control society; the opposite is what's going to happen before the end. We're supposed to be in the world, but not of it.

Women loved Hitler. They wept to meet him. This will all turn around. They're fucking with the fundamentals of human nature.
Douglas Wilson
He does a lot of good work. Also check out https://romanroadspress.com/ if you're homeschooling or want to teach yourself the classics or whatever. Christian resources are hard to find but they're out there.
had a stroke from a blood clot and says he’ll stay in the race
If they have to wheel in his half-paralyzed ass and make the votes for him, they'll still do it. Cripple politicians seems to be the new normal.

The best thing is remembering the lugenpresse putting out the articles that "Saying Let's Go Brandon Might Be Illegal!!!!"

Every time I see one of those stickers it makes me smile.

That runs just ahead of "We've seen those emails; we're allowed to, it's legal for us but not you," by Chris Cuomo on CNN.

He does good work.

If you like that style apologia church does amazing. They are the force behind a lot of the abortion abolition bills getting voted on (not the prolife industry). A lot of amazing abortion mill evangelism and sermons. The best reformed church I’ve seen.

Plus this if you need to formulate a religious exemption: lays out the argument perfectly in a sermon without using fetal cell reasons.
