Yeah, Neo is still finding out what works for her when she's streaming. Her FNAF: Security Breach stream was pretty entertaining and I think her best streams will be with horror or rage/puzzle games from what I've watched, but the voice is a bit of a hurdle.

Yeah I'm still giving her a chance but the voice and language is very different from what I would normally listen to in a streamer. It's okay but it's kinda a weird choice, almost like she wasn't a streamer or something. There's been some improvement so far but I feel she still doesn't change expression enough or use her model in an engaging way. Obviously I'm blind/deaf to any cultural or language specific stuff though, so I've gotta cut her a little slack for that.

I don't know who that is, remember I'm pretty much a normie when it comes to vtubers and only know roughly five of them. As for the latter comment, the fixing of the Pippa isn't about removing her Pippautism, that's already perfect, it's about making her happy, getting her to the dentist, clearing out the ants, and getting her to the point where she can do actual push ups instead of knee push ups. The only one that seems to not like streaming is Kronii, but even that seems to come and go in bursts. Sana streamed regularly outside her dog dying and getting Bane'd and has slowly been getting back into it. Those are the only two that have had any issues.

Well it's not just about streaming, pretty much none of them play into the full extent of their talent. Kronii is a voice actress, what have she done with that since she stopped doing requests for money after like 1 month? Then there's Sana, high level artist some people say better than Ina - pretty much refused to do art streams that is when she actually streams at all. Fauna is ASMRtist but her ASMR is pretty standard, she did more interesting stuff as LemonLeaf with scenerios (possible she keeps the best stuff behind a paywall, still pretty dumb). Hakoz-chan seem to actually try, sadly she's probably the least talented out of the group, you might kind of compare her with Kiara but she's less interesting or useful in pretty much every way. Finally there's Mumei who I think actually improved as a streamer and does use her talent a fair bit to create all this cursed art all she needs to do is stream a bit more which she probably will.

on that note, i know this is a little late, but that Sora duet with Irys was absolutely phenomenal. It got me really hyped for when Irys gets her own live. i'm biased, but I felt her stage presence was pretty intense for a 5 fps floating picture frame. And I'm sure that a few others thought so too because viewership peaked at about 58k during that duet and then steadily dropped afterward. I really slept on her in the beginning, but she has become a fucking solid addition to HoloEn.
