But of course, it also allows him to complain to a manager and daydream of owning his own Ranch one day, and then no one will be allowed to tell him no.
It's fascinating to read that somehow in Russell's mind a woman isn't being denied her right to refuse consent if her boss forces her to give him sex. The boss is the adult in the room to make sure Russell gets access to what he deserves in his eyes, it's his special pass for being disabled and is irrelevant to consent. If anything he probably sees his situation as different because she didn't refuse for a reason he could accept.

He just fundamentally doesn't understand how sex and consent works on a rather disturbing level. He is treating the situation like that asshole at Starbucks who gets to boss to force the same kid to remake their super special drink while monologuing about how they have dietary restrictions, except instead of wanting cold foam Russell wants to use his power to force a woman into taking his dick

I'm relatively new to the Russel Greer Rodeo, but I read the entirety of the AGT counterfiling by Marathon/Fremantle's attorney and got some good laughs. But in this I think he's right that the case is frivolous, coming from an organization that will just keep filing and filing bullshit like this until something sticks. That being said it's hilarious that it's Russ of all people that's pointing this out, without even a hint of self awareness.

Edit: and that in his filing he wrote this "We don’t keep suing because we aren’t happy with the first result and hope that a different judge rules differently"

It really just goes to prove that he does know what a frivolous case looks like, and that we were right all along in saying he doesn’t believe the rules apply to him.

He flat out said that you shouldn’t file lawsuits multiple times with different judges expecting different outcomes, which is exactly what he did with Taylor. I’ve never been entirely convinced of the whole “rules don’t apply to him” theory and thought maybe he genuinely just didn’t understand how things were supposed to be done. But now I’m 100% convinced otherwise.

Russell Greer has a RIGHT to other human beings bodies, just as we have a RIGHT to buy a fucking beer at a bar.

Russ, atleast try to pretend that you view sex workers as actual people, come on man :story:
The gourd-headed idiot is also claiming the right to break federal law, as it is not legal under federal law to purchase marijuana from a state-regulated dispensary. You also do not have the right to walk into a bar. You could live in a county in Utah that prohibits bars.

It is probably frivolous. Tbh I haven't really looked at the main case but it looks like yet another case of filing a lawsuit to achieve what you'd need to ask the legislature to accomplish. However, that doesn't mean Russhole's intervention itself isn't frivolous. He has absolutely no basis for intervening.

And why let him intervene in a case that's just going to be thrown out anyway? To stroke his retarded ego? The participation by a weird little sex monkey isn't going to change anything, just make it more of a pain in the ass.

If there was a way someone could tard wrangle Russ into being able to produce a comedy routine based off his mangling of common idioms, complete mixing-up of concepts, and just general bumbling incompetence like this, why, they might even have something good enough to get them on AGT!

As always, Russ is a slow burn but once something happens it's a barrel of laughs. Good job @Windex for finding this one.

oh I agree. I think both the case AND his intervention are frivolous.

Oh, the main case seems to be frivolous to me. They're claiming sex work violates the 13th Amendment. In order for that to be the case, they'd need to prove that everyone (or at least the majority) doing it was being coerced somehow. There are legions of sex workers who will tell you they're doing it by choice because the money's good and the money gives them freedom they wouldn't have otherwise. But yeah, God's Favorite Idiot has no business worming his way into this. It'll get tossed soon enough I think. Russ may take credit for it, like he did last time, but since his motion to intervene was denied before the case has been dismissed, it will be clear he had nothing to do with this time.

It hasn't been fully dismissed. Also I haven't read every document in the case, but after Russ's attempt to intervene (105 on the docket) and an opposition to that and Russ's reply to the opposition, the matter completely disappears from the record. Usually something overruling a docketed motion refers to the number (105) when doing so, so unless that didn't happen, I'm pretty sure they just ignored Russ's intervention.

Only some of the defendants have been dismissed, though. Also the dismissal was vacated two days after it was entered.

This whole case is a shambolic mess. Look at this bullshit:

The bullshit not being the motion by Clark County, but the nonsensical litigation practice described in the motion to strike. You'll note on the docket that there's a series of filings of "ERRATA" on behalf of a number of parties. About six months after filing, they claimed as ERRATA (generally to correct typos and "scrivener's errors") that their filings should have contained (ORAL ARGUMENT REQUESTED) and are now demanding oral argument at this late date.

This is because they're well past the point they could just file an amendment again. So they're trying to use a method of correcting obvious blunders to add an oral argument request they hadn't made at the time. This is sheer sanctionable bullshit, and being done by someone with an actual license to practice. It's Gourdhead-tier.

Dude is going to get his pee-pee whacked with a gavel.

It was only a matter of time that Rusty's subconscious surfaced. Between AGT, Null/the farms, and inserting himself into various cases, he's lost most of his composure. He's constantly slipping and letting his true intentions known, and in some cases, letting it be known that what he's doing is incorrect, but he should be allowed to do so anyway. He's regressing to something far worse than the rat faced troglodyte that we've seen in his younger years.

HIS statements about not personally seeing any evidence of trafficking (as if he'd even fucking know what to look for) are grounds for him to intervene, though.

Picture this: you’re a young woman held against your will. You’re looking for help. In walks a slack faced mong with muscle tone like an old rubber band. Does that look like a fucking hero to you?

He's getting worse. I think the isolation is wearing him down. He doesn't seem to have any friends and even his social media presence is just stalking women.

Russ’ brothel is his own version of the Dimensional Merge. Just delusions piled on top of delusions. We won’t get the sex crimes and jail saga that we got out of CWC, but something’s gotta give.

Russell is comfortable insulting other people in his legal filings because, usually, the lawyers he's interacting with refrain from insulting him back in order to maintain a professional appearance.

This reminds me of Gone with the Wind. In the novel, Scarlet would publicly insult and degrade men who were in competition with her lumber mill business. The men couldn’t say anything back because it was considered ungentlemanly by the standards of the time. She took advantage of her femininity, just like Russ is taking advantage of his “disability.” And they both ended up alone.

I’ve never been entirely convinced of the whole “rules don’t apply to him” theory and thought maybe he genuinely just didn’t understand how things were supposed to be done.

Agreed. He has no idea how it’s supposed to be done. I think he’s just copy+pasting other statements that he’s read in filings. Again with the whole “if I say the right magic words, I’ll win this.”

It looks to be from his Instagram account but it's now gone.
I think he is mad at a Ethot. Or Taylor Swift.

Who cares about federal law when Russ needs to get his dick wet? :coom:
