While the current job market is shit (I got a friend with an useful Masters degree and it took him hundreds of job applications and months to get a job), troons are just unemployable as a whole. He got a 15% response rate to his applications which is actually pretty good, but I wouldn't be surprised if he got ghosted because he's a tranny. Personally I would never depend on a TiM in a professional setting - I've been burned too many times in my personal life. TiFs are a case to case basis because some are insane and others just have a lot of internalized homophobia which I sympathize with. But working with both is a liability because they get trigged by the smallest shit, can easily unleash The Amhole's Wrath against you, and ruin your reputation. Also they always slack on work because their mental health deteriorates from basic life hiccups.
