It really depends on the definition of "built", if we go by the ideology and the law, the amendments, the founders, then Nick wouldn't be wrong and one would be silly to question that. However, many of the founding fathers didn't exactly care about race and some weren't even religious/monotheistic.Nick's an idiot but this post isn't really a strong point, especially considering that whites (Scots in particular) also worked to build the White House and the Capitol Building. Not to get nitpicky and I know your picture says "largely" rather than "solely" it's one of those things that pisses me off when people act like one group did everything (like how Michelle Obama once said it was "built by slaves" as if it was only blacks and only enslaved ones at that.)
Going by the actual infrastructure, then it'll be various groups, Whites included. The interesting thing is, many world wonders were built by highly skilled and compensated engineers and labourers. Examples include the Pyramids and the Great Wall of China. I wonder what's the representation of slaves in the building of the White House. Surely they're not the ones doing highly skilled stuff, right? Were their duties just heavy labour? Don't get me wrong, still important but there's a hierarchy of importance here.
Nick? He's not important, he's just impotent.
