The State Duma intends to ban the exchange of war criminals from the nationalist Azov regiment.

In response to such a proposal by Anatoly Wasserman, Vyacheslav Volodin instructed the Duma Defense Committee to prepare an appropriate protocol instruction.
"Nazi criminals should not be exchanged. These are war criminals and we must do everything to bring them to justice," the Chairman of the State Duma emphasized.

As much as I think they're retarded Nazi LARPers and some have probably committed war crimes in the past; I'm glad Azov surrendered instead of rotting to death in the basement of a Soviet factory while you get made fun of by Russians, I can't think of a much worse way to go. They fought well enough for a surrounded enemy, though we won't know for sure for years. In my opinion, best case scenario for them is that when the war ends, Ukraine includes them in their peace deal, and in this best case scenario, they're either allowed to

- Return to Ukraine free like any other prisoner of war (unlikely)
or
- Return to Ukraine with whatever prison sentence the DPR gave them

But most likely, they're all going to spend 25 years in Izolyatsia which is... not good.

In any case; apparently Uralvagonzavod isn't making T-72s, but T90M Proryvs. They should be able to make around 250+ a year since they received a contract to do so in 2010, though they weren't Proryvs, the number shouldn't vary that much. The smaller tank factories (I assume there are some) are harder to find for someone who can't speak Russian so, no idea on their capacity, though I assume that information wouldn't be publicly available anyway for obvious reasons. They could also simply be splitting production between the two models.

I can make out a high-powered signal amplifier and two Yagi antennas. This "gun" basically overwhelms the original controller signal with noise.

If drones lose the controller signal, they will either land or return to their take-off coordinates.

If you were going to argue that Azov guys wanted the death and suffering of Russian speakers I'd give that a pass, but this is just the opposite of the "Putin is literally Hitler" narrative.
Even the Venice comission, which criticized the implementation of the Ukrainian lanuage laws, admitted that they recognized the necessity to strengthen the Ukrainian language. Why?
Russian-language media is produced by pro-Russian agents like Viktor Medvedchuk in Ukraine. And what a surprise, pro-Russian Ukrainian channels were seen as a greater threat to Ukraine than Russian propaganda outlets as they had a higher credibility. Imposing a quota of Ukrainian language on Ukrainian media is legitimately a 200 IQ move. Forcing pro-Russian propaganda to be 90% spoken in Ukrainian either forces Russian propaganda to go back to less credible media, or that Russian propaganda is broadcast in Ukrainian which actually promotes the use of Ukrainian language. That sounds fair. You can broadcast propaganda motherfucker, but you use our language and thus help sever the connection between Ukraine and Russia. You actually get forced to shoot yourself in the foot, and all we did was tell you which kind of shotgun ammo you could use. You aim and you pull the trigger. That's what Ukraine told Russia. And that's why Russia made such a big deal out of it, they were afraid of having to either sever that language connection or lose ground in the propaganda war. Russian speakers in Ukraine could speak to each other in Russian. But Russians had to speak to Ukrainian Russian speakers in Ukrainian. It's beautiful. Simple.
Many European countries have similar language quota laws. For example radio is a big issue, otherwise 99% of music would be American. Quotas of 30, 40 or 50% native language music on radio are not unheard of. These are just to keep native artists relevant. Ukraine actually did this as a survival mechanism against Russia's hybrid warfare.
