This reminds me of Mother Gothel from “Tangled”, who is a great example of a Narcissist mother. She says to Rapunzel, “I love you most!” And kisses her on the head, which is to say that she loves the girl’s magic hair and not the person.

Perhaps it’s even more similar: Luna’s afllicted skull has brought Robyn more meaning and attention than any normal child ever would. So to kiss that sad deformed skull is a tell.

This has always been my theory, maybe not going as far as the first name being Luna (I can see that as a middle name, or Moon). She's definitely going to have another child, pushing for a girl that she can proclaim is Luna's super-empath spirit returning to live a normal life. I don't know the true depths of her narcissism, but she seems unhinged enough to have repeated sex-selective abortions and frame them as miscarriages online.
Robyn doesn't seem like the type to turn her kid trans though. Synthetic hormones and blockers are too unnatural for her. Plus, manipulating your child is too much work! Maybe she'd try Feminine Inner Goddess Crystal Magic? (I also think/hope that Glenn would put his foot down if it meant keeping his son a manly man.)

Every time I see a video of that poor baby, my heart breaks for her. When she passes, my sincere wish for Robyn is she is in a catastrophic accident where she is trapped in her body where she is fully cognizant of the world around her but is unable to move or communicate with anyone so someone can make all the decisions for her and puppet her like she does that poor baby. Then someone can also ignore her when they aren't taking pictures or it isn't time for her PT or feeding or whatever attention that she requires. While we all hope and pray that Luna is not aware of the world around her, I want Robyn to be, but I want no one to take her actual wants or the fact she might be into account. She should have to know what poor Luna has experienced with no way to change it.

Glenn seems so uncomfortable in this video. He strikes me as the kind of guy who on the surface agrees with everything thats being said and done but thinks differently inside. Ive seen his kind many times. What usually happens with these men is they finally reach their tipping point and when that happens, it's far from pretty. He may one day decide he's had enough and just get up and leave. Robyn will never see it coming.
