I know they're bullshitting us, but I think it would have been hilarious if he'd worn a loli tshirt to the police station and gotten slammed to the floor by five cops the minute he walked in the door. I actually think Yaya is the instigator of all this, Akemi's not smart enough to come up with all this on his own.

(It might take a few hours to get booked and get in the right computer so they might not be able to tell you anything.)

If the cops suspect you of a crime, they come to you. Damien has the delusion he's smarter than everyone else so he thinks this is a masterful ruse, but seriously? He's dumber than a pickaxe and not nearly as useful.
I don't even think Yaya is abused at this point. In fact, I think she has him wrapped around her finger. She knows the only thing in his life that gives him any happiness is the false sense of power he thinks he has over her. She's shown she can easily take that away from him by cheating on him and he'll come crawling back because she's the only woman who will even let him look at her. She's clearly in charge, even if she doesn't know it yet (and I think she's figured it out). I reiterate this whole charade is probably her idea.

There is no Damian Daughtry or Akemi Mokoto in the Chesapeake jail's computer systems right now, but I was told that delays of up to 12 hours aren't unusual and that I should try again later.
