What Video caused you to stop watching a Youtuber?

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
I stopped watching ProJared after I discovered that in 1988 he attacked a middle-aged Vietnamese man on the street with a large wooden stick, calling him "Vietnam fucking shit", then attacking another Vietnamese man, leaving him blind in one eye. He served 45 days in jail for this.
what about when he raped and murdered a girl behind an arby's in 1997

I think IH ran out of weird internet stuff to document, cause he’s still posting decently regularly from the Story Mode channel. That’s the main issue I have with documentary channels, they have a niche that they either enjoy or are super knowledgeable in, but if they run out of material, no more content. I’d assume the same thing happened to Fredric, since his library of videos only seem to have the connecting thru line of being topics he is/was interested in.
Yeah, that's definitely part of it. They're not the only channels I've sort of forgotten about because of it. The older content is still great, but it's a little disappointing when a channel I like runs dry and only does little side projects instead.

I think my personal favourite Knudsen videos were on Empress Theresa and Timecube.
internet historian is kinda still active on his "incognito mode" channel if your still interested
I watch a few of those videos, but they don't really hit the same for me.

I stopped watching Fredrick Knudsen and Internet Historian because both seem to have fucking died and barely upload any more.
The main reason why IH wasn't uploading on his main channel was due to his projects each hitting major snags during the making of them, hence why the infrequent uploads. Apparently he had three videos basically finished after the Costa Concordia vid, but he's now finally finished one of them, the Area 51 video.

it was a random post on Tumblr

Better to stay that way. Youtubers should learn to stick to their niches, which means less videos, but all the other videos they put out are of a great watch, which is a far better choice than appeasing a majority outside of the niche and create nonsensical shit for the sake of money.

I stopped watching NerdCubed due to 1. The growing politicisation of his content and 2. The fact that he was getting fucking boring. His absolute low point was the 'You're Welcome Here' video released in the aftermath of the Trump election, but I persisted with him until some video where he went off on a complete tangent to talk about how he wanted to throw Tories into the sea that came from nowhere and had no relevance to the video. Coupled with the increasingly boring, repetitive content it wasn't too hard to quit him, and a lot of other people seem to have done the same.

Stopped watching him like 6-7 years ago when he previewed Just Cause 3. Fucking obnoxious and wouldn't just let the game play. Had to commentate over it with his dry, unrelenting humor.

Was a massive shame to see him fall off, I subbed to him way back in 2010 and unsubbed when he ramped up being a massive fag, like dropping random political shit every now and then and fedora tipping moments. I still remember his whole meltdown over South Park: The Stick of Truth, where he ran into a day one launch bug that wouldn't let him progress any further in the game roughly an hour in. He quickly pumped a video out bitching about it even though it got patched by then and the comments called him out over it, causing him to have a meltdown on Twitter saying he hates his fans, before apologizing later on.

Honestly surprised he has this many paypigs considering he has a pretty low view count compared to his subs.

I admire Shrouded Hand for going above and beyond in finding and shedding a light on the most horrific cases but that video broke me. It was then I knew that this kind of content is a bit too extreme for me to consume as entertainment.

Anytime a content creator posts a "I'm Non-binary, "I'm Asexual/Gay/Not Straight etc" or troon reveal video, it's like...I'm out. These people have lost me for good. It's attention-seeking bullshit and really calls the credibility of the creator into question. I suffer very few trannies and I flat-out refuse to validate or acknowledge a tumblr gender like "non-binary."

"Identity reveal" videos are just shit in general. If I'm subbed to the channel it's almost always because the content is something I'm interested in, whether this something is being documented, reviewed, critiqued, mocked, commentated on, etc.

Zach was always grating at best, but when this fucking thing popped up in my feed I never clicked on "unsubbed" so fast

I'm surprised I was even still subbed to him when this one popped up one day. I actually used to watch him for his Onision stuff but he was becoming too cringe for me before this big "shocking" reveal

Edit to add: Because I didn't finish my above thought there - it comes down to this: If I'm subbed to a channel, it's because of the shared interest (unless I'm hate-watching, that is different lol). Beyond that, I don't care about the "identity" of the creator. There are plenty of creators who I know or this or that about and that is fine. It's when they USE their claimed identity for points or attention is where I get annoyed.

He seems to have a history of sperging out at his fans, which likely goes some way to explaining his massive viewer dropoff.

I suppose his viewer base has dropped down to nearly the core now. Your average YouTuber is probably only getting a tiny fraction of their average viewer numbers donating to him, whereas with him it’s 10-15% of them. Plus we all know how much YouTube troons and their fellow travellers love their Patreon begging bowls.

Virgin Faggot Youtubers
Makes videos about their sexual degeneracy as if we give a single shit.

Chad Gay Youtubers

Doesn’t hide that he's a homosexual. Keeps his podcast with his husband on a separate channel and just focuses the popular channel with what the audience clicked for.

Seriously I don’t get why they can't all be like Max?

Even in his wedding cake episode which was in honor of his gay wedding he kept it very subdued and matter-of-fact and spent the vast majority of the episode describing the cooking and history of the featured dish the same way he always does.
