In my opinion there are 2 possible reasons:

1.) His 1st account got banned 2-3 years ago. So maybe Pornhub bans new accounts from already banned people.

2.) A chat log between Rainer and one unknown person got leaked.
On Pornhub Rainer asked if anyone would be interested in doing porn with him together. Someone answered but Rainer declined bc the person was too fat for his taste and the conversation turned into a little bitch fight. Maybe he got reported for that and it got him banned.
It's very likely that the person who contacted Rainer was a troll.
