New Zealand has very loose definitions of CP likely for the sole purpose of throwing whoever they want in jail for any reason whatsoever. The only name easily found on their website is the head of the organization, Julie Inman Grant. Interestingly she seems to have largely worked in DC and then for US tech companies, in "government relations". That's code for either directly lobbying, trying to sell stuff to the government, or keeping the feds happy so they don't pass new laws that affect your business.
