🐱 Everyone Is Horny For ‘She-Hulk: Attorney At Law’

CatParty

The first trailer for Disney + television series She Hulk: Attorney At Law has dropped just in time to help you smash through hump day.

Tatiana Maslany will play Bruce Banner’s cousin as the titular She-Hulk in a new television series arriving August 17.

Maslany plays Jennifer Walters, who is endowed with her uncle’s signature big green smashy energy after a life-saving blood infusion. Hilarity will ensue as Maslany is forced to simultaneously navigate her dating life and day job as a federal prosecutor in her new Hulk form.

Jessica Gao has signed as principal writer and director of She-Hulk, and honestly what would we expect from the writer whose prior credits include that cursed Rick and Morty episode ‘Pickle Rick’.

While the show is currently being described as a “legal comedy” by Marvel president Kevin Feige, the majority of reactions on the internet right now sure as hell aren’t over the legislative framework of the Marvel legal universe.

Yes unsurprisingly, people are already getting the horn for She-Hulk. Specifically, one particular moment in the trailer has captured the hearts and minds of the internet where Maslany carries a potential suitor off to the bedroom.

There’s also a small amount of criticism regarding how She-Hulk is depicted in the trailer, with users complaining that She-Hulk isn’t thicc enough compared to her male counterpart.

A cursory look into the dank tomes of Marvel Universe lore suggests that this is a feature, not a bug, as Walter’s transformation process differs from that of Bruce Banner.

Despite how Freudian all this lust is, with the outcome of the federal election haunting my weak frame, I would really like to be carried to the safety of my own bed by a gigantic woman right now.

I'm probably rusty on my She Hulk lore, but wasn't a big thing with her that she was a strong, confident women before she became She Hulk and that was the whole reason she didn't become a mindless beast like Banner would and had full control of herself?

Then again, MCU just kind of glossed over the whole psychology of the Hulk so why would they even bring that up here.

Well, being Bruce Banner really sucks and the MCU are fundamentally power fantasies.

The lore was she got a lifesaving blood transfusion and Bruce was the most convenient donor. The blood caused her to change to a "lesser" hulk permanently, and retain her mental faculties.

You are aware that there is more to their stories than just the basic origins of how they got their powers, right? That there's a whole psychological component to how "Hulks" manifest?

>anger and fear are baseline states for women just walking around
AAAnnnnnd dropped.
In their defense, 90s Polaris did have body image issues, which is a common woman problem. Given that she's discount Magneto and her boyfriend at the time was the Lesser Summers' Brother, I'm not entirely sure she was ever angry or afraid though.

I'm pretty sure the only female Marvel hero that's angry and afraid as a baseline is probably Sue Richards if dinner is not done just right.

She's pretty cool in Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3 but I am not going to watch this show

I will never get the whole muscular women fetish thing going around. I feel like this cashing in on Coomer culture.
What gets me is it's all "DOMMY MOMMY!" instead of appreciating the time and effort, drive and determination that it takes to sculpt their body like that without getting into "What was wrong with your HUMAN body?" territory that some people do.

It's so weird that the way that hollywood, and a lot of people in general conceptualise 'strong women' is just by making them into catty, muscled men.
Have you seen how the renaissance "masters" often depicted women? It's literally some /fit/-bro level shit where they slapped some spheres on the chest for tits, and chiseled the cock&balls off. For whatever reason world centers for art and the fags that inhabit them have historically also been incredibly gay. The fags are so detached from what is attractive about the feminine form, and frequently repulsed by it altogether for myriad reasons. They think it's similar to how they feel about twinky/"femme" males but it is entirely different. These motherfuckers need to spend some time following NCAA women's athletics and learn some respect.
