Fiber doesn't clean your colon. That's just fake science or food marketing propaganda. Fiber clogs you up because fiber is indigestible. Your colon will work perfectly fine with no fiber.
FYI, I experiment for years with fiber because everyone said that fiber is good for you (just like everyone says diversity is a strength, racism and sexism are bad too) and I wish I went no fiber much sooner.
Cooking can reduce anti-nutrients but it doesn't eliminate them. The truth is veggies aren't healthy. They are the part of the plant that the plant DOES NOT WANT you to eat and so plants fill them with compounds that cause health problems.
No such thing as "healthy greens." All leafy greens are high oxalate (spinach or rhubarb) or high goitrogens (broccoli, kale, brussels sprouts).
If you don't like veggies then maybe that's your body's natural animal instincts telling you to not eat it? With the exception of some modern medicine, in general, if you don't like the taste of something then it's probably not good for you.
FYI Eating veggies in high qualities has only existed for about 100 or so years, after the 2nd industrial revolution. If you went back to even the colonial era, people were mostly eating meat and carbs (not that I recommend that), they weren't eating spinach every day.
Now that people have experimented with vegan diets and are eating plant food like almonds and drinking almond milk daily, we're learned about the harmful elements in plant food. You guys are completely bluepilled on food and repeating either bad science or food industry propaganda. Long story short, you don't need veggies and they're the most toxic food, carbs and fruits are bad if you have diabetes but they don't contain anti nutrients that harm you.
