People don't realize that these videos also serve an educational purpose. I had to attend a class on what to do in case there is a mass shooting (Glowie environment, working with kids, week after christchurch) and the dude played the video of the mag drop, when Tarrant was knocked to the ground and just paused to highlight how bad the "freeze" reaction was for 19/20 of the people in that room.
When Columbine happened, we had to watch a lot of things about that in school, the CCTV, interviews with family, news reports, that sort of thing. It was heavy for us at that age but it was definitely something I feel like some of us needed to know about. Seeing the real footage of these events takes away some of that hollow desensitization that we get from constant tv coverage. Sometimes it feels like "Oh, just another one" and we forget how fucked it is.

Null better be an embassy-level international ambassador or Prime Minister/Judge.
SMH that he isn't in this fucked up timeline; he has the professionalism and politeness required for it; yes I'm being unironic here.

listen i got a really good grade in law school and i think under the protocol of a batchall you just declared you want to stand around naked and blind by yourself while I get to bring a squad of minmaxed preorder robots and be as drunk as i want so we can probably skip the formality and just gimme all your crypto (i'm very fond of my pants)
I have no crypto, and given how hard it all crashed, I'm quite glad about that

The first hit piece is up. Well done, CNN! You can do it! 👍

"Other copies were widely shared on platforms with little to no content moderation such as 4chan, Telegram, Gab and KiwiFarms"

🤷‍♂️ Truth, what is that?
In the wake of the Buffalo shooting, many of the major social media platforms "did go to significant lengths" to quickly remove content related to the attack, "but there's a real problem, which is that there are some platforms who are kind of holdouts that ruin it for everyone," said Tim Squirrell, communications head at the think tank Institute for Strategic Dialogue. "The consequence of that is that you can never complete the game of whack-a-mole. There's always going to be somewhere circulating [this content]," he said.
Squirrell added that such platforms' opposition to removing or moderating content is why footage of the 2019 racist mass shooting in Christchurch, New Zealand "is still available even now, three years later, because you can never stop them all." In the document believed to be authored by the alleged Buffalo shooter, he described being radicalized by the livestream of this 2019 shooting.
Imagine wanting to delete the reasoning and autistic rambling of a furry.

It's like there's no difference between moderation and memory holing to them.
