2022-05-18 - Government of Australia: URGENT class 1 removal notice from the eSafety Commissioner [SEC=OFFICIAL:Sensitive]

KF should send a takedown notice to Australia.
It doesn't seem difficult to just fill out whatever form it is and send a lot of complaints about objectionable content. My current understanding is that this is effectively the same thing as a YouTube DMCA claim but without the ability to actually remove the content - and that includes that it had to have been filed by someone.

One person, probably a few, not even necessarily Australian considering it's an online form, complained. This letter could be exactly the same as your standard internet takedown - that is, boilerplate suggestions of legal action and an official letterhead designed to try and scare people who don't know their rights into doing what they're told.

If there are further consequences, like the Farms being blocked in some way, then the Australians are more cucked. But if it's just the equivalent of a government hotline, where people write in to say 'no bully plz', the government says 'stop bully', and then nothing happens if they don't stop - or in this case, also don't have jurisdiction - then it's just yet another government boondoggle that demonstrates no understanding of the internet and is a waste of money and time. Something endemic to every government, not just Australia's.

So I'm far more interested in how this plays out, rather than the initial message. Sure, it's dumb as fuck, but is this the opening salvo of some deep idiocy? Or the one and only response, set off by a couple of SJWs filling out a form, something anyone could do if they wish? Enquiring minds want to know...

Jordan Shanks is a huge faggot in his own right who should have his own thread here.

I agree, he should have his own thread. I still believe he and his team and solid journalists, if you don’t take everything at face value. Anybody who takes all media at face value is a fucking jackass and will get a huge slap in the face by reality.

Jordan Shanks is some sort of secret Korean military project to construct the ultimate faggot android but he's still the pinnacle of journalistic integrity in the country even if he's unwatchable.
On the other hand:
I think what I find most amusing is that the current prime minister, Scott Morrison, is basically their lite version of Trump.

True. I think there was once a news report that called Prime Minister Morrison "Trump's Only Friend"

Morrison is a fat Christ-cuck whose best mate is a Q-tard and he hung out at the pedo-church (Hillsong) frequently.

Any question to do with human beings has him saying "I ask my wife Jenny about that." Jenny of course is so deeply weird that the taxpayers had to pay for a "friend"., Q-tards wife, to keep her company in the PM mansion.

He only won the last election because Bill Shorten (the opposition for the Labor party) was a deeply unpopular kingmaker in the party who had destroyed the careers of 2 other Labor PMs. Shorten wasted all his goodwill at being the Union Rep at the Beaconsfield Mining Disaster and rescue to later join the Labor party and become a deeply unlikeable cunt, and there was no other choice but to go with this fat corrupt loser.

HAHAHAHAH the way they worded it as if you are criminally liable to try to scare people into complying - fuckin insane that's legal to do it's on par with impersonating a police officer imo
90% of what lawyers do is intimidate people with legalese and unsubstantiated threats. The only reason legalese even exists is to intimidate people with an antiquate, overly formal language that gives them a veneer of authority and legitimacy.

If intimidation were to be made illegal and lawyers had to only take moral and ethical cases the entire industry would collapse overnight.

there's an election in like 4 days, Scott Morrison is gonna use this as a "HEY GUYS LOOK I TOOK DOWN KIWI FARMS" like he does with everything cuz he can't admit fault for rorting the country fucking off to Hawaii during bushfire season, and doing somehow less then fucking nothing when QLD got ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY destroyed by flood (it was like 300mm in 6 hours, the entire town of Lismore is under like 10M of water)

oh also they had gay sex in parliament house prayer room and came over their female coworkers desks(I'm not making this up)

they won't do shit, scomo won't hold the ban hammer, he can't fund his liberal mates with it

Can Inspire magazine be accessed in that shithole of a country?
We used to be able to but it doesn't look like we can now.
Ahaha, blocking material regarding a shooting in another country because it mentions Brenton Tarrent (PBUH). What a fucking joke.
They could block it even if it didn't mention Tarrant.

Class 1 material can carry criminal liability - CP certainly does. The legislation hasn't been tested enough yet to know where the boundaries lie in respect of other types of content. Time will tell.
