I for one am very curious about her assessment. Almost all assessments require a parent interview. Her parents are so in denial about her sped-ness that they might downplay it in the interview. OR to get her out of the house they are gonna play it up.

My understanding of assessments is that they consist of the following:
- Psych-Ed, usually for learning disabilities and to see if your IQ is lukewarm
- Parent interview
- Patient interview

The quality of the last two can definitely vary, and not all assessments even have all three.
