On paper? It should have. The shooter had already made threats of violence at his school when he was 17 and was brought before police for an evaluation. But as he had no previous criminal record, their response was to shit their pants and do nothing which allowed him to legally purchase a firearm when he turned 18.

But yes. And that was also one of my main takeaways, especially his inflection; it was such a shift. Especially when he had no problem taking out the white woman in the parking lot when he was going in, which I think might have been his first shot, or did he hit the two in the vestibule then her? Haven’t seen the video in a couple days.

From what I’ve seen it was Geraldine Talley. She’s the only listed without a picture other than survivors and all those shot outside were deceased.
