Article is from April 06. So in 6 weeks India bought almost as much oil as for the whole of 2021.
It makes me wonder if India keeps it for themselves or sells it to some EU countries so they can bypass Russia.

Why would you post a shot of the tank in development versus the picture of their departure? Upon completion, they are still missing their plated skirt, cage armor, fire suppression system, and signals package. You may be blind.
So far as the time in development, the lead tank for the propaganda shot was marked мп-4 which belongs to the batch that started development after the initial 2020 delivery (which took 2 years). It took a decade for India to receive their T-90Ms even before sanctions, and following failures in deliveries they had to scrap that and start producing their domestic variation instead.

You do realize that the factory doesn't make a single model of tank nor does it work on the same thing all the time, right? It's constantly busy making new tanks for foreign exports, modernizing T-72s and T-80s and making spare parts. Also wow, how convenient that the T90s got done just in time for the war. If you used your brain a bit you'd understand this is likely because the factory received orders to focus on finishing these.

Nothing will ever be funnier than retards on the internet pretending they have knowledge of the inner workings of a state secret tank factory in Russia.
