Body armor doesn't cover the dick or the head, more security guards should be trained to perform headshots rather than aiming for the center of mass. I think at least two armed guards spaced apart wouldn't necessarily quell a mass shooting, but they would buy a lot of time for sure. Every second matters in situations like this
