The court does its best job it can in determining evidence, but it isn't the all-to of telling people what to think. As it us, court is taking its sweet time with this case

As it is, chris already let out to janke that barb told him to stop and that it hurt. It's sound like rape to me

The jail isn't reading Chris' mail, in or out. Every letter he sends has a stamp over where the flap of the envelope seals the envelope closed that states that the inmates letters are not being monitored in any way by the jail staff. Even if they were reading his letters, they wouldn't give a fuck about what he's writing so long as it wasn't something criminal, like arranging to have someone murdered or trying to get someone outside to figure out a way to get drugs to an inmate.

I see you're a man of culture as well. Tbh, really would love to get his take on the whole Chris Chan thing. I think he'd blow a gasket seeing just how much self snitching Chris has done. I mean, that's kinda his whole life. From doxing his house, to his parents, to his love interest, etc.

That's been presented as the most likely of many alternatives, not necessarily what is actually happening. Our actual information is extremely limited. If they're not working on some kind of deal, it's odd to schedule the next court hearing for almost the eve of when they have to let him go. But the deal could fall through and Chris could end up charged with something else. I don't really see any advantage to either side from that happening, though.

Yeah. Criminal cases are far from swift. It's not uncommon for serious cases to be at the pre-trial stage for years. COVID just slowed everything down even more. There's no telling when this shit will be disposed of unless he pleads guilty/nolo as soon as possible. They haven't even issued an indictment yet almost a year later.

The only problem is that Chris paints an extremely graphic portrait of rape that the prosecutors may be ignoring. It doesn't sound like they had a consensual, erotic relationship where both parties had a sexual awakening. It sounds like a fat manchild forced himself on his mother, and he himself admitted she was "confused" and that it was "painful", and she didn't want it. I know he's not charged with rape, but it's an injustice that will lead him to do it again.

The reality was Chris forced himself onto his octogenarian mother because he was a sex starved deviant desperate for China. Despite her cries of protest Chris could only listen to the call of his sex drive, despite his claims I'm sure barb never started to "enjoy it" she just stopped trying to talk him out of it cause her cries fell on deaf ears.
