It's probably some syndrome that's yet to be described that have some stereotypical features. In the past I noticed often times the weirdos posted on the internet had that trapezoid moth shape. Like, what's with that? Find out Apert syndromes often produces that same affect due to birth defect of the palate, but it's the least of the problems suffered by those afflicted with this disorder. So why couldn't other disorders and genetic defects also produce a weird mouth shape? Seems to me he went into this not knowing what would be expected of him. He underwent the procedure thinking it was probably what he was supposed to do, rather than because he wanted to undergo it.
