My understanding is that after Erin Reed's felony conviction for drug dealing (gotta get that SEO!) he was forced to go back to Lafourche Parish, and took what he could get while stuck on probation.

With all this shit in his background, how in the hell was he awarded custody of his son? Is trooning out that much of a "shit eraser" in DC-area family courts?

I can only imagine the emotional hell he put [his ex] thru coupled with the weight of troon capital behind his legal team made her think that walking away was her best option.

My speculation a few pages back was that circumstances just lined up super-badly for her. Won't repeat it all, but: she moved away from the area and maybe works antisocial hours, Tony I expect was working from home, making him the stable choice. Plus her taking the child without agreement won't have helped. Tony's first round of deletions on the Shroomery were in January 2018, maybe anticipating a contested divorce, but seemingly only deleting very specific things (I haven't had a chance yet to look them up in the archive).

It would be good to get a look at the court documents, though I don't know what kind of detail they would contain in the US. I'd rather put the AMA money towards sending Maryland's Finest @Marvin on a field trip to the courthouse if he's willing and able, rather than hassling this woman who still has to see this troglodyte regularly.

Acid varies a lot in quality and length. I'd say for anything of a decent (ie. non-dangerous) quality you can expect a solid 6-8 hours of direct high, although it will lower slightly with tolerance, but from a good bit of experience, I can tell you even after that, sleep is super difficult, probably an additional 4 or 5 hours where it's very, very difficult to go down, and again this reduces with tolerance but you don't improve a whole lot. To take acid on 5/6ths of the day of the year, you'd have to do nothing but wake up, feed yourself (most people find eating on acid difficult), somehow do everything else you need, and start your acid by noon so you could gwt to bed for 5 hours before it started again.

That's exactly what I thought - you'd have to either be taking a lot of shitty low quality product or you are fucking high most of the day. I can't remember who but I know one serial killer went to their day job high for a while but he could get away with it for a while thanks to the job being very undemanding and not around people often. Tony couldn't fucking do that with his responsibilities at that time, not without being wildly fucking dysfunctional, and if he was (he wasn't), it adds to the argument for his brief law run in to sober him up.

Sorry, I've got crippling optimism and tend to get blinded by my rainbow force. I rather be wrong than to not consider the slim possibility since if I'm expressing some doubt.png, some other person in the lurking peanut gallery might be, so it strengthens the case against him.

Funny about him scrubbing his laughable election predictions but entirely in character. (For reference, he gave Trump a 13% chance of winning in 2016.)

The Benchmark Politics stuff is spread out over a few pages in this thread, but the gist of it seems to be:

• Tony posts political opinions on Reddit and Daily Kos.
• Creates a blog (benchmarkpolitics.com) after people "demand" it (which I like to imagine in the same sense as people demanding a couple "get a room").
• Tony runs a Kickstarter campaign, raises over $15,000.

It's really a hopeless thing to wonder why Narcissists lie so much; compulsive lying is exactly that - compulsive. I've actually thought about this a bit.

I personally think his Christianity is part of a planned redemption arc which is politically advantageous for him. All the Troons with any political clout are Christians, as are most American politicians - or at least they go through the motions because yeah, it looks good. I think they believe the Christian image helps deflect the degeneracy they all possess (Troons, not politicians, but. . . ). He never talks about his Christianity except as a clap-back, and his choice of denomination. Woof. You can't get more White Bread Christianity than that. I'm always amazed when people talk about taking that much LSD on a regular basis. It's been a little while, but back in the day I would wait at least a month between trips, bare minimum. Not just for health reasons but also to give my tolerance time to recover so I didn't have to take 4x the dose. Tony must have been spending a lot of money on acid unless he just didn't develop tolerance at all.

Unfortunately, if they're smart, not even the graduating seniors will dare to speak up - especially if they're women. People who express criticism or skepticism of trans activism (especially women) have suffered catastrophic responses to speaking out, including being expelled from their schools, losing their jobs, having their families targeted with death/rape threats, bomb threats, having people show up at their homes to threaten and scare them and their families, and of course being targeted with extreme threats of (often sexual) violence from trans activists.

All it would take would be for Tony, the professor, and/or any of the other students to ping an astute question as "transphobic," and there is every chance even a graduating senior could face suddenly retracted job offers, turned down grad school applications, and/or at the very least death and rape threats from their very own classmates. And I just don't believe for a second that Tony wouldn't start branding women "terfs" if they dared to speak up in a way that he perceived as "against him".

I know most places it's joint custody by default, unless one party is incarcerated or obviously incapacitated, but, dayum. I refuse to believe this creature could possibly be the better parent for a little boy.

Studies show that men who request custody overwhelmingly get it (and that in the majority of cases, the reason the father doesn't get custody is because he doesn't want it) and astonishingly, abusive men are actually more likely to get custody even than regular men. There are a huge number of reasons for this (we live in a world that punishes and stigmatizes being the victim of intimate partner violence, there are existing bullshit stereotypes that women lie about abuse and/or sexual abuse of themselves and/or their children to "get custody" so people - including judges - assume any woman who claims those things is lying, abusers are manipulative by nature, abusers are often able to slander their victims as "mentally ill" or liars especially as there is very often no physical evidence of abuse... etc). So if Tony was an abuser, especially a manipulative emotional abuser which seems the most likely, he probably didn't have a hard time getting custody.

Most likely it was a number of factors coming together: Tony is a manipulative, emotionally abusive person who would have no compunctions about painting his ex as an evil crazy person in court (he certainly has no compunctions about doing it on Twitter), he likely makes/has a lot more money than she does which means he could afford to drag out proceedings basically indefinitely until he bankrupted her if he didn't get his way, he works from home while she works outside of the home and probably has erratic hours (I think theater tech, right?) so he would be seen as "stable" and able to "be there for the child," he claims to have been the primary caregiver prior to the divorce, she attempted to keep the child outside of custody times due to concerns about his welfare under Tony's care when he trooned out which would be painted in court as her being "unstable" and "unwilling to respect the custody schedule," etc.

Tony also claimed that she "never wanted to be a mother," though, so there is also the possibility that she was manipulated, coerced or forced to keep the pregnancy by Tony despite wanting an abortion and fled the moment she tasted freedom. Which is a theory somewhat bolstered by knowing she went and got the kid and attempted to get full custody as soon as Tony trooned out - maybe she didn't want to be a mother, but she wasn't going to leave this kid with a full-time sexual fetishist.

Either way, fingers crossed that she's saving up money and working on looking good in court so she can get full custody and get that child away from this creep. Otherwise I shudder to think what will become of him once he gets old enough to become a showpiece for Tony "trans and sterilize all the children" Reed and his "trans kids" organizations.

As Eggman's Ghost said, that has to shrivel up your brain if you take it too frequently. Drug use could lead to trooning and religion as a way out.
