They’re making a joke out of an actual terrible thing in an attempt to guilt people out of doing something they don’t want them to do. I have a theory that trans men have cleaner houses on average than trans women do. The reason being, of course, that women are taught from childhood to keep a neat house by doing related chores at home. Boys aren't generally taught to do those chores or about cleaning in general.

So the women troons "naturally" clean (better than men) and male troons "naturally" don't.

I can't say this for sure because TIFs don't generally post full body pictures in the bedroom.
