Speaking of Hogan, he all but cut a trailer for running for President in 2024. In it, he says "we won't win by nominating Trump or a cheap copy" and follows it up with Reagan quotes and insinuating he is the next Reagan copy to try.

2024 will be as much of a shitshow as 2016 was and if they don't literally outlaw Trump from running he'll sweep it instantly.
It really does feel like we're heading straight into WW3 for no other reason than the elites want to play international games for higher stakes.
Anything, everything. He could start by firing everyone who doesn't obey orders. He won't do this which means if he wins we're just getting another 4 year stalemate. He could follow it up with building the wall, refusing to sign a budget until Congress yields to his every demand, and several more proposals which I spent 4 years hoping he'd figure out for himself but he never could.
All that a Trump presidency would accomplish is stopping the bleeding until they start hacking us up again. In my opinion it would do more harm than good. Better to accelerate towards the end. If people go back to thinking Trump will save us, we'll lose all the momentum we've gained.

I would expect Trump to try to bring back industry to the US, focus on employing actual Americans instead of importing foreigners. That's more long-term goals, but the growing populist movement would surely rally behind him if he did something like that. Bring back jobs to American soil, reopen keystone pipeline, maybe fix the baby formula plant that the FDA closed instead of importing from China.. Also close the damn borders and stop bleeding out our country's wealth to foreigners when our own citizens are suffering so greatly.
Those are some obvious things he could do that would make the citizens feel like he actually gives a damn.

Societal revolutions ebb and flow. You would have a period of liberalism that would be followed by a period of conservatism as society figured out what worked and what didn't work.
The elites have continued to extend the period of liberalism unnaturally until we get the results of today. Failing solutions, nepotism and stagnation. There hasn't been a "consolidation" phase where they clean up. Instead it has just been "Next Big Thing after Next Big Thing."
Unfortunately a society cannot function like this and begins breaking down. Which in turn breaks down the structure of the people holding the pendulum back, which breaks down the structure even more.
They "know" who is running the show. Some faceless oligarchs. Unfortunately these people have shown that when push comes to shove, they have no qualms about turning our allies countries into unending meat grinders that will only ruin the country.
