So the prevailing narratives so far are

I have two thoughts on why:
-Essentially point B, he was able to get underaged pussy on his last trip, and now he's hooked. The beat down is a minor occurrence compared to the nut he got with a child.
-This is some sort of reception arc. Not redeeming himself, redeeming his shitty decisions. His Portugal visit is such a huge joke, even he can't deny it. He's got to prove that it was a fluke, that he's not the joke.

Either way, the real "cause" of those is that he got some sort of cash windfall. Maybe blowing a lucky bet, maybe his AF grift has been profitable for him. We know when his bank account hits a certain high, he's got to burn it. The black male part of his brain can't have cash and not spend it. I think every Vegas trip was match with one, except the new year's one that was a lady hurrah before he thought there was a good chance he was going to jail.
