Tomorrow's most important race is for Georgia Governor and other statewide officials.
Open primaries are easily rigged. Kemp wins primary, Kemp loses general. Governor Stacey Abrams. This is used both as a victory on its own and a victory against "Trump's brand of divisive politics".

Things are going to get worse before they get better.

So this is a bit of reach but does anyone follow whats happened in sri lanka?

Basically the government banned the use of fertilizers with the stated reason being that fertilizers were polluting the water supply.

Yes Bill gates foundation was pushing them to do it.

But the thing is that the government thought "hey we spend millions on fertillizers WE CAN SAVE MONEY"

With out fertillizers your gonna need more land to make the same amount of fuel, also if you want cash to buy energry your gonna need a cash crop...in sri lanka's case that would be TEA.

So now you dont have food, you dont have cash you dont have diesel. So now the fishing boats cant run.

Worse with no diesel you have no power and therefor no ICE so when the fishing boats do run they have no way to store the fish.

All these problems didnt come from weird conspiracy by the elites but by corrupt government.

In the US we have a fundamentally weak administration, when clear and hard choices need to me made they are not being made and thus problems are left to fester.
Oh, I’m sure (((someone))) will loan them some money—so long as they make a few teeny, tiny, insignificant changes that no one will really notice. Ever hear of the gender spectrum, you filthy brown goy?

The WEF is actively working to starve and impoverish everyone, because they’re rich and bored and don’t like looking at your ugly peasant face.

No it's not.

Government workers are laid off WITHOUT PAY.

Yes, they get the pay back when the government opens back up, but until then they are FUBARed as far as being out of work and NOT getting a pay check.
Some are. Some aren't. Not everyone is paid from the same appropriations bill, so some places continue business as usual. And if you are furloughed, you're on vacation with a slight interruption to your cash flow. You can work your side gig for income or, if things are really bad, there are loans at very favorable rates (sometimes 0%), no credit check, for affected persons. Benefits like health care and retirement are largely unaffected.

The media will do what they do, which is lie and distort, under all circumstances.

Which leads to the nightmare PR syndrome of the media running sob stories of government workers beggaring themselves using their savings to pay their monthly bills (and note these faggots live in high cost of living areas) or having to cut back on luxury expenses/stuff for their kids and going to food banks for food/having to beg their landlord and utility companies for extensions on their bills because they are low level employees that don't have a cushion savings-wise to fall back on.

Which is all weaponized by the media, because they always find the low level government workers that are low enough on the food chain that they are sympathetic enough to make people want the GOP to hang for hurting them like this.
Congrats on buying the media sob stories. Federal workers get interest fee payday loans from their credit unions to tide them over until they invetiably get back pay.
They literally all view it as a paid vacation because there’s never been one where the pay hasn’t come through.
From a Reddit post in /r/WashingtonDC last time there was a shutdown:
Credit unions like Navy Federal with a large number of federal employees are offering interest free loans to those affected by the government shutdown. This will keep pay schedules normal for furloughed federal employees who are members of such credit unions.

Loan amounts are calculated based on the amount of the most recent direct deposit of pay made prior to the interruption of pay. Once direct deposit of pay resumes, the amount credited to your account(s) will be automatically deducted as repayment.

Places like Pentagon Federal, Congressional Federal, and USAA offer similar programs too.

TL;DR: If you’re a federal employee affected by the current government shutdown, your bank or credit union may have support programs in place to minimize disruption to your budget.
Example program rules from the Congressional Federal credit union (most of the others have deleted their pages):
Relief Line of Credit
If you are experiencing a furlough from your current employer or not receiving pay while working during the government shutdown, the Relief Line of Credit is designed to help you. It has an initial rate of 0.00% APR* during the 60 day draw period; thereafter, the rate is 4.00% APR* on the remaining balance for 36 fixed equal monthly payments.
In addition, tons of businesses in the DC area give away free stuff to federal workers during a shutdown. They complain about shutdowns out loud, but they secretly love them.

but then it would be N&SPTO and that's too hard to say
Could just change it to PATO: Pacific-Atlantic Treaty Organization.

Plenty of government employees are dumb enough to live right on the edge of their means, too. In 2008 my old man switched to bankruptcy cases from well... any other sort of legal work since everyone was having them, and the number of government employees who had taken advantage of those sweet, sweet loans to get a second house to rent out and a boat and... I could go on and on. Suffice to say, they really are as dumb and self-centered as people say they are.

Just because its not effective (or lets just say it - sane) doesn't mean they wouldn't try it. Otherwise this would be a much slower thread.

That's kind of my point, at least in part.
I see what you did there.
Pence wants to run against Trump? Pence? The man who was only chosen as Trump's VP because he appealed to evangelicals and was also more or less a human shield ala "You kill me, you get the guy who wants to electroshock the gays as president, so really think before you do this."

Fucking laughable.
If Trump runs again, I hope he picks up Candace Owens for his running mate. She's a lolcow, and maybe can't even get security clearance, but on the off chance Harris is running as VP again, the debate between those two would be hilarious. Owens would absolutely eviscerate her.

No, but to fair, I'm pretty stoned. I'd kinda quit smoking for a while, but my neighbor got some good stuff and gave me a nice little nug...

But, Lord help you, somone replied to your post! You know how forums work right?
I really think you need to lay off the drugs just long enough to form a coherent point of what you're trying to say.
I was making fun of you because you tagged me twice for the same comment that was already commented on. Now would kindly please report to your nearest tard wrangler

I mentioned this last week, but I didn't post an article.

The survey found that among those earning more than 100,000, 48 percent said they were living paycheck to paycheck, an increase from 42 percent in December 2021. The number has increased since May 2021 when 39 percent of six-figure earners said the same.

In fact, the number of those earning between $50,000 and $100,000 who are living paycheck to paycheck is rising.

In May 2021, 53 percent of earners in this financial bracket reported living paycheck to paycheck, compared to 67 percent in January 2022.

Lifestyle creep is a real thing for most people. They get a raise at work, and instead of saving they start buying more things.

The millionaire next door is a good read, from what I've read. Points out a difference between being wealthy and living lavishly.

Speaking of Voting, hows that PA shitshow? Or is it already over?
The RNC and PA GOP have officially come together in asking David McCormick to cease with in his legal effort in trying to count undated mail-in ballots, in an attempt to break slim lead Oz has over him.

They're basically telling McCormick to take the L, not because he's wasting campaign time and resources, but counting undated ballots will set yet another precedent that the Jew and Shrek will pounce on in their gubernatorial and Senate elections, respectively. And PA is already fucked in terms of election laws.

There are 50-52 weeks in a year, putting away $20 a week for 50 would give you $1000 in savings, all my budgeting plans, are budgeted on how much can I save. Tho inflation fucks with savings, maybe I am the fool, but old habits die hard.
That's all well and good except that $20 is now needed for something else because everything else cost double what it did before we're reaching like 25% inflation if the numbers are to be believed. Every month theres a increase in every aspect of daily expenses
