Apparently he was active on Instagram and interacted with the fans there and other places online often up until his final days. I personally had no idea. It's hard to remember that the OT is so old at this point that the people who worked on them and made it what it is are starting to pass away. RIP

Actress from Kenobi is saying in the press it is the first time there is diversity in Star Wars and she was warned the fans are racist.

The takeaway from this is,

A, she doesn't know what a Star Wars is.

B, It is the official instruction going out to the media, Twitter and other useful idiots. That the show will get a negative reaction and anyone complaining is to be called a racist.

Definitely B. Disney is so desperate for woke points it threw Princess Fucking Leia under the bus to toot its own horn about the first powerful female Star Wars character EVAH. This Negress is just a chess piece for future damage control if the series isn't a hit. The old misogynistic, White supremacist man baby card. Even the hair needs to be as Black as possible because Twatter would throw a fit if they'd cast a Quadroon or Octoroon with straight hair. We're heading back to Blackspolitation times.

I have to admit that the neck-high corporate bullshit is so much more captivating than their products that they should just scrap every Star Wars show and make a series titled Lucasfilm. It could very well become this generation's Dallas.

Well, if there was even a chance of watching a second of this series, I think this decides it.

When I see that photo, it just intrigues me that in a galaxy far far away and so long ago they would have modern day afro centric hairstyles. I guess the Imperial Military had also passed a rule like the US Military that barred discrimination for ethnic hair styles.

The Leia situation is funny, even if a bit morbid. They banked so much on making her the most important SW character EVAH, but then the actress died. And not only that, she died high as a kite which pretty much hurt the branding of the strong freedumb fighting Leia played by a privileged wealthy woman.
