While we all know that's complete bullshit, Ralph is basically telling his audience he doesn't want to work a day out of the month to see his son. Instead, he copes by pretending he has a chance of winning full custody in a California family court.

Sometimes it works out, I've done short road trips when I've had to spend some PTO in the middle of the week. The people I knew irl were working after all. But that's not why Ralph is alone. Ralph is alone because he has no friends.

So some people I chat with occasionally have speculated that Ralph may be back in Portugal specifically to look at Rental Properties. They pointed to laws and livable standards as a prime cause for this but when I decided to look into it I found out that Portugal is one of the few few countries that has told america repeatedly it does not recognize extradition in many circumstances however it is apart of the Extradition Treaty. Specifically they only will extradite if the crime is extremely recent and is a capital crime such as Murder etc. even then is questionable. Just a few cases of Portugal telling america to fuck off exist in basic google search.


I find it very possible that ralph is attempting to look into moving out of country to avoid US state cases/civil cases as well as Taxation litigation. With Portugal conveniently being a possible safe haven(as long as the gunt doesnt do felon criminal cases anytime soon in America).

Bryan, extradition involves criminal cases, not civil cases. Furthermore, the reason why some countries complicate extraditions back to the US for capital murder trials is that the US must agree not to execute the criminal. It's the same thing between the US and Canada.


Portugal gives back criminals all the time.

You are both right in sense but missed the point of what i was trying to convay, Ralph has a family, hes not some fucking free spirit 20 something, dude has responablities now. Its sad that man with a equine concubine and and a child cant fork out the money to take them out abroad but can do round the clock trips to sin city.

I don't think there is some grand tax escape plan or anything.
I think its much simpler then that: Ralph found a whore house there that he likes. Whores are cheaper there than LV. And can get away with banging underage whores there and not in LV. So Portugal is the LV replacement.
