USSR enforced atheism, so it depends on when the data was sampled I guess. Eastern European countries aren't huge fans of gay marriage in general.

christianity ended there in the 1920s when the christian germans were stabbed in the back. but there are still some catholics left.

Balts aren't Slavs (unless you look at an extremely generalized definition), so there are certain cultural differences. They still have some pagan holidays and traditions surviving to this day weirdly mixed with Catholic or Protestant faiths.
