Boys and gals,
We transitioned from the Fortress arc to the Genocide Preparation/Countdown arc.
Larpy Violent Revolutionary Vaush is at full force. This is the evolution of Russiagate and Fascism grifting to genocide grifting. It would be gold if this goes mainstream Democratic party platform (Vote for us, or genocide is imminent!).
It seems Vaush has given up on expanding his audience to centrists and right wingers as he tried in the past, and has decided to consolidate his viewership of crazy leftists through fearmongering. This idiot says that fearmongering about genocide is an effective electoral strategy (just like how misogyny is apparently optically effective). People who disagree with the genocide narrative are complacent and stooges.
He claims that if Republicans electorally win too much, they'll dismantle democracy, then there will a civil war between the federal government and blue states ("clashes between the state guard and police"), followed by Republican death squads hunting down Leftists and LGBTTIQQ2SAA++ and minorities.
If you are going to watch the videos (or even extracting auto-generated subtitles to skim through them and search for keywords), it would be beneficial if you type down the timestamps when you encounter a spicy take. Vaush has admitted that he is attempting to skirt the ToS about calling to violence, and he claims that stochastic terrorism on his part is justified because he is fearmongering on something real. If someone circulates a supercut this might be what does him in, and maybe preserve whatever sanity is in his retarded audience, and if we are fortunate Breadtube will be dragged with him.
I have the videos saved just in case.
It started with the meme that Republicans and those who vote for them are ontologically evil and akin to a race of dark fantasy monsters driven by malice and sadism.
"They want this because they hate you. Because they are evil and they hate you. That is the only reason why. They defy sociological analysis. They simply desire your suffering. Trying to understand their motivation is like trying to understand the motivation of a Captain Planet villain - I'll drive an oil tanker to the Atlantic and blow it up so we can get the oil to cover all the fish. Why? Because they are a Captain Planet villain, that's why." - Vaush
This has its origin in Leftist and Alphabet lolcows being caught off-guard when they started to lose the culture war they are fermenting, such as with politically-aligned child-targeting degenerates being exposed and called groomers, and criticism of gender ideology insanity becoming more mainstream.
Their shaky mental state took a further hit after the Roe v. Wade leak, claiming that it is a harbinger for the return of slavery akin to The Handmaid's Tale, even though blue states are guaranteed to retain abortion laws that lack restrictions almost unheard of in Europe. A likely red wave in the upcoming midterm, largely driven by incompetent economics and failing to deliver in the Congress/Senate, they were filled with a sense of despair that crushed their optimism.
Instead of rebranding, reviewing their positions, and learning how to appeal to the common man, they decided to go all in into their grift, and declared that their opposition are literal fascists planning to genocide them.
Vaush debates an anti-trump Neocon Republican about his inflammatory demonizing language. He begins by saying that he wasn't actually talking about the common Republican voter but just the establishment, and then says that the common Republican voter is a fascist:
Vaush on the inevitability and immenance of genocide (from 0:51:00):
Here is where the arc escalated. He debates with a Social Democrat on his rhetoric, and goes off the rail on how autistic Leftists should prepare for this "genocide":
"If there were these patriot prayer dumb fucks rolling on $60,000 trucks through urban neighbourhoods with a bunch of guys with guns in the pickup trucks, when that happens I want people to be able to take shots at them from apartment windows".
"We'd be treating Republicans as what they actually are - Evil and immediately threatening."
We had a lolcow crossover. Destiny reacted to the video thus advertising the new Vaush, and this prompted Destiny to challenge Vaush to a $25000 bet on whether a LGBT genocide will happen within 5 years.
A Vaush & Destiny orbiter, Rosewrist, gets to talk with Vaush, and he has to decide between calling Vaush out on his BS arguments or bridge burning. Vaush admits he might be inspiring terrorism but it doesn't matter, and that the reason he isn't advocating for the assassination of Republican leaders is that the Republican party is too well-structured for this to do enough damage and prevent backlash, he then makes accusations that Rosewrist is goading him into breaking ToS on behalf of Destiny.
