Crime Gunman at a Texas elementary school kills 19 students and two adults before being fatally shot, officials say - yeehaw

(CNN)A suspect is in custody after a shooting incident at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, left at least two dead and injured 14 people, including students, authorities said.

The Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District (UCISD) posted about an "active shooter" at Robb Elementary at 12:17 p.m. local time and said law enforcement was on site.

The suspect was taken into custody as of 1:06 p.m. local time, according to the Uvalde Police Department.
Two have died after the shooting at Robb Elementary School, a spokesperson from Uvalde Memorial Hospital told CNN.

The hospital received 13 children at their facility who were being treated for varying injuries, he said. Two children were transported to San Antonio and another is pending transfer, Tom Nordwick said.

Additionally, two patients were dead on arrival, he said. Nordwick was not sure of the ages of the two deceased. A man in his 40s was also being treated there, he said.

Nordwick did not have conditions on any of the victims.

This is a developing story and will be updated.

At this point I wonder if it's actually worth it to talk to leftists about anything at all. I don't believe they can be convinced of anything whatsoever.

Oh impasses, quite a dangerous things for democracies, yet perhaps it is necessary. Anyways its quite funny that news won't touch what is usually considered prime material because non white.

couple years back i got really into true crime podcasts, namely LPOTL. before that I didn't really care about stuff like serial killers but it was the summer and I had nothing to do so i started listening to their heavy hitters stuff focusing on serial killers. Everyone, every single one was a cunt hair away from being caught but then a cop didn't do their job. Not "you were going 8 miles over but I'm gonna let you go" style, "oh this shirtless 14 year old who can't talk is your boyfriend? cool' style incomptence. some of the boston strangler's victims, who were hogtied, were written off as suicide.

This is the catch 22 of the government. If you take guns away you are putting your faith in a system that is grossly incompetent when it actually comes to stopping crime, soaks up all the tax money, and takes no action against it's own unless publicly forced to. Id rather go back to the frontier style of everyone carrying revolvers and settling disputes in the streets than the current system of perpetual back patting.

Adults in Dodge City from 1876 to 1885 faced a 1 in 61 chance of being murdered. 1.65% of the population was murdered during that time. I'd take the current system 10/10 times.

>Reyes said she could recall about five times that Ramos had fistfights with peers in middle school and junior high. His friendships were short-lived, she said. Once, Ramos commented to a friend while playing basketball that the friend only wanted to join the Marines one day so he could kill people, Reyes said. The other boy, she added, ended the friendship on the spot.
This country is truly fucked if you cant break your friends balls without them acting like faggots

I'm not sure why that's so hard to believe. Mexico and Brazil have high murder rates and are also great vacation spots.
You are honestly more likely to die in a car crash than be killed from a mass shooting. I don’t see people saying that cars should be regulated even more despite that. For the general population, getting killed in a school shooting is probably a less than 1% chance. I still feel bad for the people affected by it, but knee jerk reactions of just wanting to ban guns is moronic.

Everyone loves to act like these shootings happened because of one thing. Half of American teenagers were left completely alone at home with unlimited access to the internet for a year plus. For some of them, it was a formative year with only image boards, tiktok, and porn to raise them. The wealth gap is increasing, inflation is insane, and teens are fed a constant stream of doomerism. Young people have no hope from the future, and their dopamine receptors have been completely fucked by the instant and repeated gratification of social media and the internet. Violence is glorified. Kids are graduating high school functionally illiterate and still expected to go into debt for higher education. Normal brained teenagers who are physically incapable of paying attention for more than 5 minutes. Every teacher and parent I know is overworked and burnt out. There is no practical way to raise your child away from the internet unless you are willing to isolate them.

Add that to the glorification of mass shooters, general 18 year old undeveloped brains, beta blockers, and yes, as much as I am pro 2A, the immovable gun culture in America. There is no good solution because our society is fucked. Our schools are fucked. Parents are not capable of raising children. Our sense of community is broken. Young men are being instilled with a rage that is too great for them and it turns them into monsters. Purposefully picking the most vulnerable, guaranteed to be unarmed targets. Doing it for the fucking thrill. There is nothing we can do until we are ready to burn it all down.

It adds more to the claim that the problem is something in American culture that makes people crazy and not the guns.
Guns are American culture though. Not the only part, nor the one which I think originates the crazies, but certainly a significant part of the cultural identity of the Burger.

Lol at Iraq's accidental shooting rates. Higher than even suicides.
doesn't help that entire platoons of iraq soldiers will fire into the air after a victory. sometimes ends up in a bullet hitting someone miles away

Since thread has devolved, might as well post the classic.

I do get a kick out of Eurofags complaining about the American Bill of Rights on Kiwi Farms. If not for that retarded document, KF would either not exist or only exist on the dark web, and you'd probably be arrested for participating in the conversation. What would the internet look like without websites based in the US? How many of you guys would be in jail for speech and thought crime without the safety net of speech protections and anonymity? You don't even need to ask permission or buy a loicense.

Edit- Washington State recently changed their gun laws to make private sales without a NICs check illegal. In other words, "UNIVERSAL BACKGROUND CHECKS." You also have to take a class to buy any magazine fed, semi automatic rifle. Since that shit went through, our gun murder rate has skyrocketed. There's no data that correlates gun control to lessened gun violence, and we've been fucking around and testing the concept for 90 years.

I'd put money on the fact that everybody talking like this never went hunting with their parents. Never went target shooting with their parents.
And I would put money down that people that DID, if asked what is american culture, "guns" wouldnt even be mentioned....
