Yeah, they already had a pretty clear pattern where Amber was taking all these pictures and videos with the claimed intent of 'helping' Johnny but it was clearly demonstrated that she wasn't doing it for that purpose. This would just put the final nail in that little fabrication.

More importantly, Amber looked at the jury in the eye and told her that she had no involvement in the leaks, she swore it under oath. If TMZ-boi gets up there and says "Amber sold it to us and leaked her TRO dates too." then Depp might as well rest right there. There is no other explanation for her actions than "hoaxing Johnny for personal gain" that they can bring.
