This is what happens when you let women get involved with things. No fun zone has been established.
Something like this was inevitable from LegalBytes. When she was on Nick's stream for the Rittenhouse trial, she came off as fake so this moralfagging from her is expected. Keep in mind she's a woman who attended college in California, a place where there's no fun or comedy.

This is what happens every time there is a group of any kind formed. It's why they suck. Once there's a group of people with a group identity and they start to get any influence or noteriety there's always someone who comes along and starts dictating rules about who can be included and what everyone can do and starts ejecting people who don't behave. There's always that one person who just can't help but try to get power even when it's meaningless.

And how the Sewing Woman (Keri Smith) talked about SJWs taking over a sewing club. Nick better watch his back.

Entertaining vs pretending to be a legal review board.

Someone will cut a deal with Courttv or law and crime, and the other boring lawtubers will see their subs vanish. The success of Nicky was always based on doing what a corporate channel can't do, be spicy and honest.
Rekeita said on the stream yesterday Court TV is having people watch the big Lawtuber streams trying to learn what they should be doing since the Lawtubers are getting something crazy like a half a million to a million viewers total together at times. Watch someone like Legalbytes get some partnership.

I've never liked this graph because it stinks of MGTOW, but also because there's literally nothing stopping those close friends from just enjoying the hobby without the people they don't like. It's different from - say - making a group called 'lawtube' which represents itself as 'the side of youtube that is lawyers giving their legal opinions'. You can't really have multiple iterations of this because there'll be drama over which one is the legitimate and true version. Also the remedy to it is to just...not make stupid groups like "lawtube" at all.

It's actually kind of the opposite of this, where the problem is a group is created, gets to a certain size, and then people start complaining about unworthy people being in the group and deciding who does or doesn't get to participate in that group.

Unless that's what you're trying to say then nevermind, I've been up a while and my brainpower is low.

Don't see why any of them would need a partnership and just reap the rewards of their audience themselves. Honestly CourtTv couldn't afford some of the better streamers.

If this drama is really all over DUI Guy's reaction to the witness firing back at Elaine, it's fucking retarded. It's not LegalBytes's fucking job to try to police the gallery.

I could see there being some irritation in LawTube if he actually crossed a line that got him kicked out of the courtroom, but unless that happens, they need to fucking stop, it's embarrassing. Let the judge worry about keeping the decorum in the courtroom, and let DUI Guy worry about what will or won't get him kicked out.

I think you can tell a lot about a person or streamer/youtuber from how they interact with others and who they allow to join them. Nick has pretty much welcomed any Law youtuber on no matter how long they have had a channel or how many subs they have. In fact, he has help those like Andrea who over the trial made their own channel and he pushes everyone to sub to them and if their streams fail he lets their viewers know when it is back up so they can go there. He is happy to have anyone with him that is a lawyer and gave career advice to James.

Legalbytes is now trying to restrict and police who is allow in or not. She openly calls out and criticizes DUI Guy even when he would go on her streams and give his jury reports. Now he isn't needed as much she pulls this. I would also note even with this drama Nick is trying to be overly nice and charitable to Legalbytes and could easily enflame the drama and so far isn't. I prefer the open person who is trying to help others.
To quote Nick just now "drama is gay" and Alyte is being a faggot.

I don't really like James as he is an annoying kid but shunning him over this is fucking cold. DUIguy going into full drama mode is going to be fun because you know they didn't want this to happen. Maybe we'll get a lawtube lolsuit out of it.
