Does anybody have any clue what she means by "questionable tweets with photos that ... are raising some serious concern by the court staff"?

I saw the one tweet from DUI Guy about noticing an invoice on one of the laptops, but if the gallery can see their laptops, that's not the gallery's fault, and nobody in the gallery is obligated to keep some kind of confidence of whatever they happened to see. There wasn't any photo though. So what are these photos she talking about?

If this drama is really all over DUI Guy's reaction to the witness firing back at Elaine, it's fucking retarded. It's not LegalBytes's fucking job to try to police the gallery.

I could see there being some irritation in LawTube if he actually crossed a line that got him kicked out of the courtroom, but unless that happens, they need to fucking stop, it's embarrassing. Let the judge worry about keeping the decorum in the courtroom, and let DUI Guy worry about what will or won't get him kicked out.
He did tweet about what was on Heard's team pc/laptop which got him moved away. Think that could have gotten him kicked.

:edit sorry Kosher didn't see your post above mine.. But I think its mostly this tweet. Its a weak reason to block DUIGuy but James too? Gay ass shit you would see from KickVic. Kurt and Joe will be next and to be honest I had Joe as the one to go heel first with his Jew antics.

Past the DUI/Bytes drama, Nick's going to get Branca's expert self defense analysis on the gunt beatdown :story:

Also pippa apparently talked about Branca, but my Google fu is weak
It was mentioned in the stream last night(?) that yeah pippa's team would let her talk with branca as long as there's no politics and all that jazz, now this is the shit I want instead of gay drama

That fagot fish man producer deserves the rope for denying the Rekieta stream. What’s the point of cultivating an “edgy” Vtuber if you won’t even let her talk with an alcoholic lawyer?

Which one is James?
Some random normie who wanted to come watch the jury. Usually sitting next to DUI Guy in a blue suit jacket.

Indicated that the gallery's been unruly today, but claims he's not to blame.

I felt it was overall neutral for him. If there's any Karens on the jury they might be offended by that text message, and Depp was a little more combative compared to last time.
Redirect can be a crapshoot because you're often doing it to clear up stuff brought up on cross, which is rarely going to be stuff you want emphasized, but if the jury only hears one side of it, they're going to assume that's the right one.

You can also end up behind the 8 ball because stuff was brought up on cross that you weren't expecting, and would have been better off to bring up yourself on direct to blunt the impact of it. Juries get exasperated when the first time they hear about some important fact is on cross.

Worse, it's usually near the end of the case when everyone is sick to death of it, bored, and you're going over the same shit yet again.
Legalbytes is boring.
And her moralizing is really gay. Burning bridges like that over a non-issue is such a woman moment.

She may have potential to be a cow, but her lack of personality may be her saving grace, in that regard.
Is it moralizing or has she legitimately been told it's pissing off the court staff at her?

Here is a good clip of Legalbytes reacting to it so you don't need to search. She said DUI Guy was being unprofessional and even suggested his actions could influence the jury. One interesting thing to note is that she singles out DUI Guy. If you watch the reaction, people like Jamesfromcourt react just as much. If she bans James from her stream too you know she has a stick up her ass over all of and that Lawtube must be "serious business only". If she lets James on it clearly means she is singling out DUI Guy and this is an excuse. Hope this explains everything.
This grifting whore takes this shit way too seriously and that fat simp in the hat is such a fucking loser.

Don't see why any of them would need a partnership and just reap the rewards of their audience themselves. Honestly CourtTv couldn't afford some of the better streamers.
i think the 2 female lawtubers will try to get a partnership in the next couple of months. their views will tank the moment there is no big popculture case.
most other lawtubers have very specific fields and act more as talking head on other shows while having their own little channel,

Only Nick and Viva have good enough shows to keep 10k streams going even without a big case.

She's somewhere overseas, she said she doesn't 'want people to think she's directing' people in the gallery.

To be extremely fair, this could be a worry about some ethical standards she's obligated to in non-freedomland.

DUIguy claims that the 'court staff having concerns' is completely and utterly unfounded. The probable truth is just that Legalbytes didn't like him going viral with his pogface because she thinks it's too silly/the wrong tone for her show so wanted to distance herself from him, but couldn't justify it with just 'oh you showed a reaction'.

Taking what she said at face value, yeah, that's what she's worried about.

She should just take a page out of Nick's book and say she's not the boss of anybody else. Even if she doesn't approve of people's actions, that doesn't mean she has to shun them. Nick's pretty damn generous -- you basically have to burn all the bridges yourself and then blow them up to actually get on his bad side.

She's probably extrapolating from Rottenbum's pissy sidebar objection about the gallery being disruptive. No idea whether "the gallery" means DUI Guy (or James) but she's clearly leapt to that conclusion.

The issue with kicking him off to prove she's not dictating his actions is that if she doesn't kick someone off she's now saying that she's dictating those actions.

Ehh... she didn't exactly kick anyone off, she just didn't invite them.

I can kinda see it if she wants to distance herself from any antics they pull, but I think she's seriously overreacting.

The letter does say he wasn't welcome just that day, but other people are saying 'banned'. I don't watch her and DUIguy didn't mention that, so I don't know. I only know as much as I do about his take on it because I was watching his video to hear about juror responses. Which I'm going to take a break from because he keeps getting sidetracked from and is now noisily eating on stream.
