Alprazolam (xanax) is pretty synergistic with ethanol and the desirable effects of alprazolam can be extended by ethanol consumption, why that is really isn't understood, but I think it has something to do with the fact both substances are metabolized by the body differently. The aggression you mentioned is a common secondary effect, even in Pfizer's original clinical tests, people taking low dosages self reported anger issues. The two combined is just a recipe for violence IMO.
Watching Ralph's most recent fight with his inability to keep his balance and how delayed the response to protect his face with his hands/arms looks like cerebellar degeneration, which can be caused by both alcohol abuse and benzo abuse. Warski would have pummeled the shit out of him and those 14oz gloves would have had Ralph's brain sloshing around in that fat cranium of his, all to the further detriment of his cognitive health.
Ralph would have to fundamentally change his entire lifestyle to get clean, at this point streaming and using are so closely intertwined that he probably can't stream without triggering a craving of some kind.
