His obesity and general unfitness
His alchoholism
His Xanax addiction
His wigger nature, taking the southern 'culture of honor' (I.E. if anyone 'messes' with you, violent retaliation is acceptable) to the point of parody

All the risks you listed are tethered to each other. Big picture, the umbrella of cardiovascular diseases is the real threat to Ethan’s mortality. The challenge is that his cardiovascular health can’t really be addressed until his substance abuse issues are resolved, but the substance abuse is encouraged by the 5-Star wigger lifestyle.

If I ever got the chance to talk to Ethan in a meaningful context where he’d take my advice seriously, I’d try to convince him he doesn’t need to stream to make a living, that there is nothing wrong with a man in his late 30s or early 40s starting over at a low wage job, that his life isn’t fucked beyond repair, and there is a lot to be said for a more simple life. If you could convince him of that, I think there would be a real shot at recovery.

His “streaming career” really only benefits ppl who despise him and their viewers who enjoy watching Ralph rage pig and be humiliated.

his entire wigger pesonality is based around disregard for decency and law and order, around not giving a singe fuck about what is right or wrong, around a "might makes right, suck it down bitch!" attitude. if you operate within a framework like that, trying to play the victim doesn't get you anywhere at all.
